Sfreed's gettin' strong on OL Andro and stuff unsponsored log

Strength is way up! I'm not at Tank999 levels or anything, but pretty good for me. Had to change up my HST schedule though, when I realized that what used to be my 5 rep max wasn't gonna cut it. Just a few examples, DB Incline bench was 70's, today I did 6 reps of 85's with no spotter. Single DB row was 85, today I did 6 reps at 100. Every lift went up by the same percentage, except seated shoulder press, which I'm still taking it easy for another week, probably. I also did some squats today, with plates under my heels to shorten up the stretch on my Achilles tendon. When I get out of bed in the morning I'll find out if it was a good idea or not.
Weight finally seems to have stabilized. Been at 204 for the last few days, which is surprising considering that over the weekend with our celebration I was not following any kind of diet. Totally happy with the strength gains so far, and am hoping that trend continues. Definitely not happy with the weight gain though. Most days I walk around feeling more like this.......

That is awesome brother. You are what I call over responding to HST. Go ahead and increase as it allows. This has happened to me only a few times in probably 5 years. Oh fu ck you!
 
Serious question, have you had a colonoscopy? Prostate issues aren't anything to dick around with. Can be taken care of it they're caught quick enough

No haven't had a colonoscopy... I should. Anyway all those symptoms went away when I stopped the epi

I have one every 3 years since I was 40. My dad died from colin cancer. My Dr. Is paranoid I have never even had a polup. I think my prostate is fine I get the finger wave from the doc ever so often. I still piss like a fire hose.

Glad you are liking it. It's not for everyone. With your busy schedule it is perfect. My busy time is around the corner and I will be a HST brother in about 5 weeks, till November.

The prep sucks. A buddy of mine swallowed a little camera for his. But it wasn't for a colonoscopy. Some kind of a Colen thing

Wow! My dad had the same thing. They removed the large lobe of his liver. The blood clotting meds caused him to have a major stroke. He rehabbed for a year. Got his speech and left leg back to working. Just got his drivers license back and had another stroke. He lost his ability to swallow properly, he had a DNR and basically starved to death in 18 months. His Quality of life was terrible. He was a great man and my hero.

Ya it sucked. I use to pray every night that the lord would just take him. My mom prolonged it. Waited on him hand and foot. But that is just the kind of women she is. It's different when it's you husband.
 
Btw.. why would having prostate issues while on gear indicate anything with my colon? Wouldn't it be benign prostate hyperplasia?

Kinda hard to tell from here, which is why we recommended going to a Dr. It could be nothing, or it could be an indication of a real problem. With your Dad's history, it's not the kind of thing I'd take a chance with.

Gimpy cardio and abs this morning, with just a little resistance training thrown in because I apparently can't follow the HST rules.
And day 2 of my new joint supps. No issues or anything, so we'll see how they do.

And mmorso and rtmilburn we're gonna have to wait a while to settle the great Sup3r 19 debate. I'm beginning to think that it won't actually ship until sometime in June.
And on that note, what else do I run with it?? I should probably hold off until September to run another cycle, so I got plenty of time to figure out what I wanna do.
 
And had to order another Sup3r DHEA. Not sure what the deal is, but there's no way I have enough to make 4 more weeks. I'm using a 1ml syringe for dosing, so not sure where it's all going. One bottle should have been plenty.

Today was my first workout of the 5 rep max phase of my HST, so 3 sets of 5 reps at 75% of my 5 rep max. Wednesday gym time was spent getting my 5 rep max weights, since the strength increases had pretty much obliterated my original 5 rep maxes. Spent about 20 minutes warming up with bw squats, push ups, some light db shoulder rotations. Todays workout with weights listed;

Cable flies 80 lbs 5/5/7
Incline DB Press 70's 5/5/6
Flat DB Press 90's 5/6/5
Single DB Row 85 5/5/6
Front Pull down 100 per side 6/6/5
Upright Rows (smith machine) 4 plates 6/6/6

Plate shrugs (quick rise 5 second hold 3 second lowering) 15/15/12
W - DB Shoulder presses 25's 6/6/6 (kind of like a seated FireTitan wiper)

Finished up with some single arm Triceps cable work, overhead triceps, inclined DB butterflies, concentration curls and Arnold presses. Just didn't want to leave the gym. Which surprises me, cause I have yet to take anything stimmed for a pre, just been using the Max Reps

Weight has stabilized at 201 for the last few days, haven't really had any issues with aggression or any other sides. Lovin it so far! Hope the strength continues to increase so I can hang with the rest of you guys!!
 
And it looks like my wife and I are headed down to St Louis Saturday for some shopping and just general gettin the fak out of town. I will be totally blowing the diet with copious amounts of Sushi for lunch, followed by probably ridiculous amounts of M&M's (Mexican and Margaritas).

Possibly followed by sleeping late, and then hitting the gym hard due to remorse at having eaten so much Saturday. Don't judge me.
