Test cycle timings

Hello guys. I am a first timer and i seek your wisdom.


10week test cycle

Test 200mg twice a week,
Arimidex 0.25mg for starters,
Hcg 250 IU twice a week,

Above is what i have. The question is timing when to take. Should i take Hcg one day before taking Test? Should Arimidex be taken after test on the same day or just randomly EOD?
 
Timing of adex isnt really gonna matter. If you dose it e3d, the timing is gonna vary over the weeks anyway. Best to dose an AI in the manner that will accomplish want you want from it, ie controlling e2. Id start .25mg e3d (or even e4d) and go to a more frequent e2d etc if needed.
 
Here's what you do:

Test e 400mg/week 1-10
HCG 250 iu 2x weekly 3-12
Arimidex .25mg 2x weekly 3-11 (increase if needed)

There's almost no reason to use hcg for that cycle.

Timing doesn't really matter with Adex just stay consistent.
 
Run test 12-16 weeks
Test 2xs a week.. ex. Monday & thurs
Adex, as needed

PCT
Nolva
40/40/20/20
Clomid
50/50/25/25

The hcg it's up to u but Maybe not needed
 
also- do 250 2 x a week
 
Is 20 weeks too long? I know people do it, but is it cool?

What I was afraid of. I have a show in about 26 weeks and was advised to start test @ 20 weeks out. Then clomid at 250mg for PCT along with HCG for 3 weeks. Hmmm

Uh, wut? LMAO clomid @ 250mg? I think you've gotten some dosages wrong mate. If it's an untested show you want to be ON CYCLE when you compete. Short ester compounds only. Do you have a coach? You should fire him.

Wish I was kidding about the clomid. I am not....haha said the ester doesn't make a difference if everything else is in check. Oh well....
