Got home from my trip this weekend to find this at my door. Thanks again InnovaPharm and enraged_chris

Super clean label love it! Servings are 3 pills twice daily.

Started last night with dinner, this is great timing because my elbow joints are flaring up.

OK I'll give you guys a baseline where my joints are at and assess it over the next 30 days on a scale from 1-10 1 being no pain 10 being excruciating pain.

Elbows have to most issues out off all my joints currently like 5-6 on pain scale while heavy lifting

Next would be shoulder like 3-4

Then knees 3-4

But really just recently all my joints seem to be popping and cracking more then normal and feeling stiff. Hopefully after a week might start helping!
 
Day 3

Joints still popping & cracking like rice krispy cereal when you put milk on it haha. But elbows were not so bad had a high rep back and shoulder day. Still probably too early to tell yet..

Whats up guys Day 5 here

Noticing joint are loosening up faster during warm ups not so many crack and pops hahaha!

Also i believe and inflammation are starting to subside so far so good boys stay tuned!
 
1 week in

First week in definitely starting to feel the effects joints are loosing up. Feeling better during warm ups and decreased pain during heavy lifts!!

Elbows down to 3-4 on pain scale

Shoulders down to 1-2 almost feels perfect

Knees still have some lingering pain 3-4

Loving this stuff so far still early but possibly going to be my go to joint supplement
 
Day 9

Joints are feeling better definitely working better than glucosamine supplements. Still a little stiff for elbows and knees but getting better by they day. Would recommend this for people with achy joints give it a week and it has improved my situation so far!

Hey everyone i would have to say Cissus has done wonders for my joints!!!! Definitely my new go-to for joint supps, only less than 2 weeks and pretty much all my joint pains are gone even during heavy lifts. This stuff must be dosed with witchcraft or magic cause never thought my elbows would feel normal again!!

Next would be shoulder like 0-1

Then knees 1-2

So it does take around 7-10 days to fully kick in the benefits but i 100% have felt the difference!!

Today marks 2 weeks

went golfing yesterday this sometimes can aggravate my joints. Was a little worried last night my elbows would hurt today. But after a good nights rest i felt great today. it was heavy lifting day and joints felt fine!! Only bad thing is now i only have 2 weeks of supply left!!

Next would be shoulder like 0-1

Then knees 1-2
 
2 1/2 weeks in

Feeling great guys pretty much no joint pain. All cracking and piping especially in elbows has subsided significantly over past few days
 
Checking in guys I still feel great no joint issues it is doing a great job. Real test I'm moving this weekend will keep you posted if joint flare up from the move
 
All done unpacking and moving joints aggravated slightly from moving. Still got a killer workout in this morning and hand waxed my car.

Definitely helping all around joint pain. Will be mad when I run out
 
Joints still feeling pretty good. Elbow flared up slightly from moving this weekend but felt fine at the gym. Product does its job
 
Elbow flared up bad today at the gym not sure what's going on maybe not enough warm-up. Felt better by end of workout

Very good joint product! Overall enjoyed it and will probably order some to have on hand for flare ups. I give it a 8/10 because towards end elbow got aggravated and in my opinion there is no miracle joint product to fix everything. But this did help tremendously, I would recommend it to anyone who in need of some joint pain relief.
