Wrong supps??!!

Hey guys I just received my supplements that i ordered back in December . I ordered sns x gels, alpha max xt and sns mono creatine , but instead of getting my sns creatine from nutra planet I got 3 tubs of primaforce creatine monohydrate 400g each. Did they deliberately send me this product because they ran out of sns creatine and it's their way of saying sorry we ran out and here is this product instead or did they simply make a mistake .

Not sure. Owner of PP also owns Nutraplanet as well though haha

Assuming working out 4x per week, try 1.5 grams (6 gel caps) 45-60mins pre workout, fasted if at all possible. If not, then after a few warm up sets take them then instead (particularly if you dont train fasted)
 
Yea, I would just make sure the mono per gm is the same.

Otherwise mono isn't going to vary from company to company unless there is other stuff mixed in
