Ok gentleman Im putting up a open challenge to anyone who wants to have some fun 225lb floor press amrap who's up for it

By no means am I trying to come off as cocky I just started doing this exercise just trying to get some more interest in this innovative challenge FireTitan
 
I'm open to some challenges.

What's floor press? Is that bench press on the floor?
 
Nice. Don't think I could get 225. I guess I'll just have to watch this one.
 
Either challenge some one or some one challenges you to a particular exercise .. titan and alpha will pick a winner from the entries

thorsdad31 I'm going to have to bow out. I sliced the side of my thumb off with a mandolin slicer getting potatoes ready for breakfast. Glad my wife is an ER nurse. Nothing even to stitch sheared it clean off.

That sucks! I just got my stiches out Thursday on my right ring finger. Hope you can heal up quickly.

Oh damn. I would do that. Hell, I've had a few close calls, like burns on my hands recently but nothing like that.
