good...very happy to hear that!!!

Muscle memory is crazy . I used to doubt it so much when I was younger but after my accident I realized that it's a real thing all that time I was forced to take off from lifting. They told me I would never lift again and gave me painkillers. I didn't never like that feeling that the painkillers gave me.

Hulk, u ever do a all out cut? Id bet if u did and got down to 200 you would look huge

Yup I was 187 and looked like dennis wolfe then my wife crashed our van in a rain storm and I ended up bed ridden for 7 months. Im 235 down from 250 . Going for 212 before June:)
Moral - wear ya fukkin seatbelt.

**** you're the same height as me, why the **** do I look like a god damn stick on the side of the road after a wind storm...... god damn I'm small...

Body dysmorphia ;)

Hulkenstein you look swole AF.

They look ****ing huge anyway but yeah, with my small frame, 16s look big on me and you're rolling on tree trunk 20s

23.5 when I got in the wreck. Two weeks before the competition . I cried everyday for 2 years . Not sure I give a Fukk if anyone thinks thats funny . I worked from 00 to 07 to get that big . Then it took me from 12 to 15 to get back even half of what I was .

How bad was the wreck? I assume pretty bad since you were out for long enough to lose all that. I've never had over 16 inch arms sadly so I've never really lost more than a few inches

We were on the Mass Pike going 65 it was raining on the way to pick up a check from a deal as I signed. It began to rain harder to the point could barely see in front of us a car cut us off she put on the brakes a little bit the minivan started to hydroplane spinning around then hit the left side highway divider spun to the middle of the highway flatbed truck hit my passenger side door blew the glass out of the window. Dented the door in inside panel hit me in the ribs. Broke 3 ribs dislocated part of my spine and dislocated my right shoulder. After all that she ended up getting a ticket for negligent operation of a vehicle imagine that ****.

Ditto on that. I literally have bottles of Vicodin, oxy and meperdine (sp?) left over from my shoulder reconstruction post-surgery pain management. I took them only up until I could (barely) manage the pain w/o them then I stopped and switched to Motrin. But I also have an addictive personality, so I am perhaps overly cautious with anything that could lead to an addiction. I keep them around in case of an emergency and since the regulations now make them damned hard to get any more, no matter how legitimate your need is.

Agree on this ! I had the perk 30s and barely took em . Just wasn't my thing . I like uppers lol . If I had to go to an appointment or something like that I would take one before I leave and take one with me just in case. I can remember one time the pain got so bad elevator was broke at the hospital and I had to walk stairs I had to crush one of those bastards up put it under my tongue and then swallow it with the fountain water. Glad that it's over with

Yea, PT appointments at times were more painful than the accident and surgery. So I did lean on the meds for those torture sessions :)
