What's your training frequency as far as SBD? When committed To RTS my total jumped a good amount!

Pyramid drop sets to failure then forced negs until failure on every set . Used correct form. I lift hard as hell very heavy weight. One thing that lets me know the stuff is working well instead of getting doms I get a warming sensation in my muscles that I work that lasts all day where as I usually would get a dull pain.

:D Yes , this will be my first comp in awhile. I plan on dropping as much weight as possible before june . I may toss in bpc hgh hcg and some other goodies.
 
What is this I hear about Arimidex not helping estrogen once it's past a certain point? I know there is some truth to this statement but I'm not sure how valid it is or if it's just broscience. I used Arimidex before with high levels of test. I had great success and no issues today's day 2. I'm doing one milligram everyday. About to go update my log with this I'll get some feedback somewhere here thanks for your time.

I got 200 views on this log between the time and I wnet to sleep in the time I just woke up. I hope you guys have a good Sunday hockey practice for the kid maybe some good food no school tomorrow here anyways for MLK Day. I guess it's going to be #kielbasa and perogies maybe some cabbage for lunch.
 
to all you ozzy fans...I found a 'ozzy live at budokan' cd at Walmart today for $5!!! great cd, every song is worth listening to and ozzy is crazy good live, imo!!!
