Sfreed's gettin' strong on OL Andro and stuff unsponsored log

Today was 100% of my 15 rep max. Happy to say that I increased weight and reps on all of my lifts! Especially exciting for me since I actually spent a week figuring out my max's, not using an online max rep calculator, so I know the weights I had were indeed my "max" for 15 reps. I will probably add some leg exercises in on the next phase, since I'm afraid they'll be lagging with my achilles tendon injury.

Also, stepped on the scale (even though I told myself not to) and I'm up to 195, so apparently my diet is not as tight as I had hoped. I'm gonna try to not let myself get too worked up about it though. Have been thinking about switching to the Tank999 meat and eggs diet though. After a couple of years of chicken and rice, maybe it's time for a change. Dropped a couple of the shakes the last few days and added in some tuna, which helped with the hunger a little. Might just stick with that for a couple weeks and see how it goes.

Not experiencing any of the sides that others have reported, so apparently the combo that I'm taking is working out really well. Will keep the Epi at 750mg for a couple more weeks, then will bump it up to 1000 for a week to see how that feels. Other than that, I'll continue everything as is. Sup3r 19 won't be shipping until the end of the month, so doubtful that I'll be adding it into this run. I'll use it for the next stack, cause from what I'm experiencing so far, there will definitely be another one! Thanks to Brandinooooo and Jebrook for the help in setting this up.
Way to bust out the 100%ers.
If you cant do any kind of a leg press or hack squat. I would find 2 leg exercises you can do.
Don't want to end up with CLS if you can avoid it.

I am leaning towards the andros before pinning myself. It would be easier on the wife and I don't think I want my children catching me injecting. They sound alright. But pinning has such a better cost to benefit ratio.....
Its the easy way to get her past the stigma of steroids. The convenience also make the higher price worth it sometimes

That's what I am debating. It's hard.

Started phase two today, 2 x 10 of 10 rep max. Went today because typically Mondays at my gym are a madhouse. Been battling this upper respiratory thing still, but lifts went great today. Biggest concern I have is that for some reason I'm putting on weight. Stepped on the scale today and sitting at 198. Diet has been on point for the past week, so I'm kinda at a loss here. Don't really want to start starving myself, when the whole point of this was to increase strength and gain some muscle size. Any thoughts, besides the fact that maybe I'm just a fat bastard?

What is the mirror saying?

Pants still fit the same, shirts are getting a little tighter. Just worried about an 8 pound weight gain in 2 weeks. No way in h3ll I've put on 8 pounds of muscle in 2 weeks, so I'm kinda at a loss. Achilles tendon is giving me fits because in my mind, cardio is what I need, so I've been pushing it harder than I should. Then spend the next day hobbling around. Then back the next day pushing it, lather, rinse, repeat.

If I had to take a guess, it is probably a reflection of the increased glycogen storage while on cycle. Especially if you don't look fat.

From what I have seen is the andros start to kick at around week 4. With what you are taking you should start seeing some cutting.
HST is best to build muscle. You can cut on it, I think your responding to The HST at a excellence rate. This is normal when people do it for the first time. Plus we are older fu cks and we don't lose fat at the rate the younger do. Keep your protein @ 1 gram per lb of body weight. Don't drop the protein to cut cals.

What is Your daily Marco?

What is Your daily Marco?

Was at 3,000 daily and 40/30/30. Have since dropped that to 2800 (which is TDEE), dopped the carbs a little and upped the fat. I'm careful about my sodium level. I'm probably gonna re-evaluate my caloric needs, maybe I'm off.

Yep. Recently replaced a couple of my daily shakes with tuna, trying to help with the hunger issues.
SFreed how much tuna are you eating a week? Ya gotta worry about the mercury... substitute tuna for sardines!!

If your not a sardines guy you gotta try king Oscar sardines with jalapeño... honestly the tastiest sh1t in the world. It also had 3.5g of omegas per can so it's a great snack when on cycle

Two of the vacuum packed bags a day, but either tuna, salmon or sardines. Big fan of the Brisling sardines, but the fat content is pretty high.

Stupid question - are you drinking enough water? Im sure you know that if you dont, you start retaining water...

Before messing with a good diet, I'd up my water intake. Just a thought

Yeah, I've been shooting for a gallon a day.

And I appreciate all the ideas guys. This may all be nothing, just seeing the weight going up regularly is a little concerning, especially for a former fat guy.

My weight do the same thing..

Your fine be ouch. You putting on muscle= a little weight. Just do your thing. Unless you look fatter in the mirror.

As long as you are hitting the macros in your cal budget you should be fine. If the diet is clean and within macros but you are still gaining in two weeks, I would drop it a bit.

SFreed, screw you man. I've been trying to catch up on this log, saw your issue, was ready to jump in here with a long winded response and ....then you go and steal my thunder. WTF are you even asking for help if you gonna steal my mojo like this?

300 g/day protein is a ton. Drop carbs a bit, increase fats a bunch.

Beyond that, glycogen retention and weight ISN'T fat, even if it isn't muscle either. How you doing in the gym? Weights going up a bunch? (Sorry - still trying to catch up on the log)

HIT4ME you tell him but be careful, cause Adam Wee SFreed has been known to go extraordinary means for retaliation

Diet issues may be solved for the next few days. I've been dealing with the upper respiratory thing for the last week or so and thought I was finally getting over it. Apparently I just progressed right into the stomach bug that's been going around. That or I've been taking 150 mg of Forskolin every hour. No food intake yet today.

Hate when that happens mid cycle - or anytime really.... Feel good bro!

Thanks guys. I'll be fine, just my turn. Seems like we've all been sick lately.

Hope you get feeling better soon. Stomach viruses suck!

that will definitely put a slight damper on things. It's only temporary though ! Get better soon

Have you ever noticed that right when you get really in sync with your diet, training, finances etc.... life always hits you.

lol I swear that every time I break a plateau and am starting to slap more weight on my lifts, I have to go visit family... I just had to take 10 days off and my workout yesterday was pathetic. Frustrating
