He doesn't actually eat them in one sitting like most of us gluttons ha.

But for the rest of us, the answer is still no... I swear a "sugar high" isn't even a real thing unless you're 5 yrs old
 
I would always go for a pizza. A real Italian pizza. :yumyum::yumyum: Italian cream, pistachio pesto, speck, shallots and pistachio pieces.

As I currently live in UK (moving to Canada in 2 years) I find difficult find great pizza, but I would go for a burger. 2 Buffalo patties, double cheese, bacon, beconayse sauce, avocado, sweet potatoes fries.

I sometimes have sushi and burritos. However, when I am bulking, I do not consider them a "cheat", as I avoid certain ingredients such as cream and cheese.

Otherwise, for the second cheat of the week, I enjoy a lot cook something at home. Just because I am a great ******ng cook :684: Especially with italian and fine dining type of food

Ended up somewhere around 10-12k. Didn't track a lot of it just out of laziness. Nothing crazy.

Should know by the end of this week when I get back to work and see what has changed ha

Give me a a stronger swirl that was overpowered by the peanut butter cup mix-ins. My pint was iced on top (slightly Freezer burnt) and the chocolate base was middle of the road, similar to Ben & Jerry's (nothing to ride home about). The density of the swirl was missing, maybe it was swirled into the base because it was much weaker then other reviews I have seen.I think I ate at least 15-20 peanut butter cups in this pint.

Shipping ice cream is not cheap.. thats why people consider it "Expensive"
its also expensive the amount of money some people dish out on supplements per year. I try to keep my supp stack basic and invest more in food and ice cream haha

Sounds a lot tastier! They must pack it with dry ice? I saw that goldbely site, and I nearly died, a sub stacked high with pastrami straight from NYC? I've not had a good pastrami sandwich since I left ny.

I get that it's the shipping, but it's definitely expensive. But like I said, I'm not judging. Gotta spend money on what makes you happy! Haha and ice cream definitely tastes better than supplements

Also, Cinn Frosted Flakes are AMAZING. Just opened them this weekend and had to stop from killing the whole box
