I think it's overall bench height that cause the issues, so the fat pad would be worse. I need a new bench AND the fat pad.

The meeting went well. We have a bit in common with sports we like and because I like old school rap that helped open him up. I just filled out the mentorship application and proceeding forward. I'll keep everyone posted.

I may do that. I think I already notice not only a posture improvement but more awareness of how I stand. I think I'll get my wife one.

Hit my back hard Saturday and lots of accessory stuff. People has kept me busy and my cadet left for boot camp yesterday.
 
No ,Great Danes stomachs aren't in rib cage . When they eat and drink water they bloat . That's why you can't play with them after they eat . Stomach can flip .

He has been eating and drinking a LOT. Took his puppy food away and gave him a little rice this afternoon in case his stomach was not taking to the new food well.

Bloat is very common in Danes . Delicate green giant/ slash lap dog is what they are . When then go to get spayed , you can have them attach stomach to abs and won't flip . ... Yes late ... I have 5 year old Great Dane

Not really. The last one wasn't. This one isn't really high maintenance, just having an adjustment issue. Monitoring his intake is working and Saturday we will see if he has worms.

The puppy hasn't got his schedule down yet. I'm up around 0100 for a while. I wouldn't function if i didn't try and get sleep when I could.

Says bench press 227.5 but 195 was the highest weight posted on the lift. I'm confused at what your actually lifting

It's a calculated max based on what I lifted in that session. If you use the same app you probably didn't see anything because it won't go below one-thousandths of a pound.
