I'm lucky enough to be running this product. I've tried a few fat loss pills before, most recently being liporush.

My stats at the moment:
243lbs
Not sure bf% but guessing around 30

I don't get to the gym until the afternoon but I'll be taking this product in the morning/around lunch

I'm also going to be running a sponsored log for a stimmed preworkout so I'll be trying to spread out the doses.

In on this!

Alright, got the goods a few weeks ago but have been sick so I didn't want to start (although I could have used some energy) been out of the gym for a few weeks due to being sick and life. Went back for the first time tonight, still getting over a cold so I took it easy. I'm debating on doing a squat based exercise plan since it works full body and more muscles worked means more calories burned. I'm thinking of doing them 3x a week along with other lifting on other days. I'm thinking of starting a little lower in reps in the start, but transforming into higher volume as part. Partially this is to regain my strength and mobility, partially just to see how it effects my body. Any thoughts or opinions on this feel free to speak up.

Directions say take one pill 3x daily, with product overlap in my preworkout, the days I workout it will substitute one of the doses and I'll take 2 pills. My starting weight as of this morning is 240.

Day one, first pill boosted my energy and warmed me up pretty good. Took a second pill around lunch. Kept the energy and heat up. Heat got even more when I ate a little ice cream my woman got for me (mostly to make herself feel better, as she is 5 months along)

I know it's just water but this morning I weighed myself and was down to 236. I took the first pill today before shoveling my driveway. Kept me plenty warm. Of course, as soon as I finished it started snowing again... So I get to go for round two in a bit

Took a few days off due to blood donation and didn't want to worry about high bp and not be able to donate. I haven't gone to three pills as 2 seems to be plenty. I've gained back 2 lbs, but down 4 from initial weigh in. I know it's not 4 pounds of fat, but it is nice that it's staying off. Tomorrow will be my first day back on as Tuesday is always a slow day at work, so I'll see how it does for my focus.

empathy is a good thing...ice cream on a cut is not, lol!!!:pat:

Oh I know haha, it was crazy how much my body heated up when I ate it though. Like the more sugar/carbs the more I heated up and started sweating.

moderation is the key, lol.

Focusing on day to day changes can be difficult to feel positive about when there is fluctuation, but I just logged in to my blood donation account that tracks my vitals at my visits. In September I was 255, now I'm 235. I know it's not a huge difference, but it's at least a positive. It's also weight that was primarily put on while on anti depressants no matter how I exercised or ate.

I feel it's a combination of stim and thermo. Since I've been off it a little while and now back taking it today I definitely feel it. I was consuming caffeine while not taking the synadrene so the effects I feel I believe I can attribute to the other ingredients. I have had a tingling sensation in my head and upper back all day. It started at the base of the neck and has spread from there. I didnt feel the energy build up, instead at one point I just realized how awake I was mentally. For me personally, I feel the thermogenic effect while/after eating my meals. The appetite suppressant part is strong as well since I had the exact same meal for lunch today as I had for dinner last night. Dinner I felt I could have had more, lunch today I was stuffed.

So, you don't feel synadrex is a very effective stimulant? I have personally not used it yet so I can't comment but I am interested.
I know this wasn't in response to my comment, so he can feel free to give his results but for me this is how I look at it or any stimulant I guess. Waking up say your energy level is at 1-2 out of 10, the first dose of the day bumps you up to 6-7 so you really feel it. Second dose, even if it gets you to 10, it's not as big of a jump so I personally don't feel a big boost but instead feel it just keeps my energy level extended at that higher level. Hope that helps

Weighed myself this morning and was 232, so down a total of 8 since starting this product and only taking 2 caps a day, normally by 8 am for the first and noon for my second. I will confess that I really haven't been to the gym since starting. Most of my energy has gone to shoveling snow after work. Which I think really shines a light on how effective the product is by itself.

So one thing I've noticed taking the product is I have to go to the bathroom more often but it's not as powerful of a stream... Not sure if it's because I am going more often or if there is another issue. Days I don't take the product I go back to normal.

I just started talking synadrene, had some samples from a rep here and bought a bottle. I am having the same effect with less powerful stream lol... It's like things cut off before they typically would too- have to use a little muscle and flex the rest out... Strange side effect but nothing that cant be managed
