Ephedrine half life and dosing

I'm on vacation and ran out of my Rx adderal and am having trouble filling it until tues. I picked up some bronkaid and figured it would help as a substitute....

My question is what's the half life of E and how often do you guys dose when running an ECA stack?

I don't know the half life, but the typical dose is 25mg 2-3 times a day.

Ideally you dose ephedrine every 3-4 hours. If you're using the standard dosage protocol you'd do 25mg bronkaid 3x a day in 3-4 hour intervals. Ephedrine half life is roughly 3 hours.
