I ended up hitting that 5lb deadlift PR on Monday. The pull took about 10 seconds but I locked it out lol. I am supposed to go for a squat PR tomorrow but I don't think that attempt will take place. Not sure if I will even lift to be honest. I am fighting off quite a few minor injuries and don't know if I want to risk it. I basically took 7 total max deadlift attempts over the course of a 7 day period lol, my body is wrecked. I made some super stupid moves this training cycle and they caught up to me big time. I hit a huge milestone on bench and will come out with a 5lb deadlift PR so I cant be too disappointed but still, I expected a little more out of myself. Time to dial it back for a few days and let myself heal a little.
I am finished with the epidrone. Overall its a solid product that I would recommend. Several solid applications for this stuff. My recommended use would be to use it stacked with a harsher compound. For new ph users it is a solid stand alone product though, definitely can be used by itself.
