Tank Running OL/OL UK Andros and Stuff (unsponsored)

Tank999 what's your pct look like?

50/25/25/12.5 of the weepies and a bunch of well proven BLR stuff. Diet gotta stay tight. Getting paranoid about it. Gonna throw in a bottle of the new fat burner Thermogenesis....the one the crew just logged. Hoping to keep the fat off and the strength up.......
 
I do about 20-30 minutes very light cardio every morning - and that it'll be it for a few days. But I gotta keep an eye out for the pct fat rebound which will definitely happen if I don't head back to the gym soon enough...but I am gonna go much lighter for a while....

Really like to see you hold off on the lifting for a minimum of 4 days. Keep your diet in check and continue your lite cardio. Us older guys got to look at the long run. I recommend this for anyone. Got to let the body and CNS heal up. You may add a few pounds and lose a little muscle but you will get that back in no time and set your self up for more growth!
 
Checked my Andros and see that I have enough stuff to run till Wednesday. So I'm going to try to get in a monday and tuesday full blast overdoing it workout, switch over to pct supps on Wednesday, and take a break from lifting till the next monday. At least that's the plan....

There's a pile of concret slabs in my yard. I used to be a fan of lifting odd shaped objects and such. These vary between 50 - 150 lbs.....I'm thinking of rearranging the pile on a bi weekly basis......should be fun. After my break of course....

So I decided it's time to go to pct. Started lifting today and I just knew it was time to chill and recover before I do something regrettably foolish!

Will finish up today on stuff, and start pct supps tomorrow.

Review of the supps to follow - but in the meantime I seriously want to give heartfelt thanks to all who gave constant support, occasionally showed interest, or even just stopped by for fun: THANK YOU!

FINAL REVIEW
The stuff worked and sides were thankfully almost non existent. Enough said.

Details: I started 330mg 1andro and 500mg on the epi. Truth is the lethargy was highly annoying till I raised the epi.
When I run this again, I will stick with 330 on the 1a, but raise the epi after the 2nd week to 750 then 1000 after the 3rd week. Super Dhea was good at 2 pumps. I would leave out the Super11 with this stack.

My diet was dialed in more or less and I ended up at a solid 241lbs - down from a bloated 267lbs. But the real benefit was the fantastic strength increase and muscle solidifying - clearly apparent. All my lifts that I safely could push the weight, went up insanely. I would run this for the strength increase alone!

Other than the lethargy at the beginning, no sides. For those who are worried - no issues in the personal department - stuff was working stronger and for longer than it has been in a while!

In conclusion - love the stack; worked much better than expected; would recommend it AND use it again.

Truth is I'm not very scientific oriented - I couldn't really tell what exactly kept things working. I was just following what seemed to be knowledgeable recommendations.
