I will take advantage of freedom of speech whenever. I have never attacked a Trump supporter personally or otherwise, however. You cite what I have stated as whining, yet they are facts and speak to his character. Disprove any of it, and if he is what you want for the next for years to be the leader of our country, and enjoy it, I wonder one thing. What is it you will enjoy?

The thing that I don't understand is when one party actually WANTS the President to fail if he's from the other party. That's insane. All Americans should want Trump to be an amazing president. I'm not saying he will be, but if you live in the US, you should hope that he leads the country well, no? Thinking otherwise, hoping he fails, is idiotic. It's akin to wanting your cab driver to crash with you in the car because you don't like him. You dummy, you're in the car too!

I've said repeatedly that I hope he is good for America.

Do I think he will be? No.

Basically preparing for the worst, hoping for the best from my perspective.

I wasn't addressing anyone here in particular, it's just something common I've seen on social media and whatnot. Also, I'm in no way excusing or justifying Trump's actions, but PLENTY of politicians and officials, both in America and other countries, and now and through history, have been scumbags. Many of them have been FAR worse than Trump (again, not excusing or justifying his actions). It's foolish, and incorrect, to say that Trump is the fist scumbag politician. Perhaps it's as the saying goes, power corrupts. Perhaps it's that power attracts corrupt people, or perhaps it's a combination of the two.

Trump and Clinton can easily BOTH be scumbags. Their being scumbags are not mutually exclusive, and even if one is more or a scumbag than the other, doesn't make the other any less of a scumbag themselves.

Nope. As I stated in another post (You missed it I guess) I wanted the other older old guy to win. He was the only decent candidate that had a shot until those hopes were dashed for some reason...

I'm uncertain as to what your secondary statement is referring to, as I have read maybe 20-30 posts total in this thread's 545 pages. Your use of the terms "Liberal Rant" is no different from "Conservative Rant". They cancel one another out.
