Weight still @ 201. But leaning up a little and still increasing in strength nicely. which I'm surprised with all the holiday eating. only thing that helped is I got a upper respiratory infection and couldn't taste all that good food. I have a large family with 3 sisters and a Mom that can cook & bake with the best of them. truly blessed!
I'm sure I will be a bit fatter after week 6. son got married and and I over drank and ate like crazy! Good think is one night was a Brazilian steak house and I pounded the meat.
From Week 5-8 is when I usually start gaining muscle. we will see since I'm trying to cut out the dirty food.
