6 Week Fat Loss Challenge

Weight still @ 201. But leaning up a little and still increasing in strength nicely. which I'm surprised with all the holiday eating. only thing that helped is I got a upper respiratory infection and couldn't taste all that good food. I have a large family with 3 sisters and a Mom that can cook & bake with the best of them. truly blessed!
I'm sure I will be a bit fatter after week 6. son got married and and I over drank and ate like crazy! Good think is one night was a Brazilian steak house and I pounded the meat.
From Week 5-8 is when I usually start gaining muscle. we will see since I'm trying to cut out the dirty food.

also looks like you put on a little size everywhere it counts!
Personally I would think that would be hard to do, I have never put on size with out putting on weight. You are showing me the path! thanks!

Taking a little stab at that my self. at my age I have decided it is probably not healthy to have all that fat.

Ok ....Let me ask everyone this question because I think some credit is do and maybe it's just because I consider FireTitan a friend - but I consider more of you guys as friends than you probably realize - but can anyone on here think of another AM member that has made more progress than FT in the last 2-3 months?

Not taking anything from anyone...And I know people like BEAST73 are killing it and way ahead of us...But just sheer progress? I mean...I see a big difference in those photos, but his photo from a couple months before that until now is huge.

And I could be wrong and I don't think ft will take any offense to anyone pointing out that I am wrong.

If you have made more progress, then post some photos...Nothing is more motivating. If you know of someone you think has had a bigger change, call them out.

Brother - you look BIGGER and LEANER in the second photo. I see additional PEC development...Maybe just because of the increased definition. Now lose some friggin weight and move that scale!

I know he motivates me! I just dont have the discipline that he has.

I hear ya brother. I need to get the scale to move. been stuck at 201 for 2 weeks. still moving up on every lift every workout! just need to get rid of the F'in fat.
To be honest the Wife made too big of a batch of Fudge that is setting in the fridge and staring at me every time I open it. (Its about gone) had my daughter and 2 of here friends dig into it last night watching the OU game.

I dont' feel it would be fair. Did you see my pics at 165? Well, I am now 190. Sheeeeit. Taking a photo now seems like sand bagging to me. Full of bloat and holiday eating and water, and whatever. I will probably drop 15 pounds this month no problem...but it isn't really progress because I won't even be as good as I was a little over a month ago at 165.

But, you never know....
