Melting a Titan, Sponsored Thermogenesis log

Only time I do cardio is in the sack or maybe on decondtion if I'm jonesing to go to the gym.
Don't get me wrong. I need to do it but my workouts and rehab run 2-3hrs a workout and by then I might do a little stair climbers, but very rarely.

Now to the real stuff
Mood enhancement was great. I always felt a nice "warmth" come over my body and thoroughly enjoyed it!! It was a welcomed feeling.
Appetite suppressant- off and on. There were days I didnt even think about food and had to force Down some type of nutrition, and then there were days I couldnt stop eating!!
I never had an intense thirst like I have with other fat burners, but I did up my water intake.
Energy was great. It wasnt all jacked up and wigged out paranoid energy, but a very smooth, clean energy, again, I welcomed.
Weight loss- heres the kicker. The first couple of weeks I noticed little to no actual change to the scale, but could see the difference in the mirror. Even had a few days my weight went up. All of a sudden, it just dropped off of me. Starting weight was 221lbs, and ending weight was 216. I actually did hit 215 at one point, but personal issues and work schedule have my stress issues through the roof. All in all, 5lbs on the scale and a noticeable difference in the mirror in 1 month....Ill happily take!! I enjoyed this run with Thermogenesis. And as it is a NEW product, from a new company, I for see success with both of them. I want to thank smith_69 Brandinooooo nicksox15 and VitalizeSupps for this opportunity to not only log, but to be one of the first!! I also want to thank all of you for the ongoing support and look forward to seeing you in whatever I log next!!

Things were going so well between us but then 3 days and no updates. It's over. I won't be following any more of these logs.

Actually I have to be honest. Looking at the formula for this product I was not overly excited. But after seeing your log I might give it a try. That is as soon as I'm not so broke.

the 5 lbs in weight loss and the Gym work you put in really made a difference in your look. the beast should be concerned! lol

Dam bro! Night and day in just 8 weeks! you have to be stoked? I know I am. you and other guys have really helped me be accountable. I usually pack on about 10 pounds in the winter. instead I have lost about 9.

5lb is a seriously legit loss. I added those 5lb these past 2 weeks. Now I gotta buy my own bottle of Thermogenesis. Thanks for logging it FireTitan! Enjoyed the log and now we all know it's legit. After all, @brandinoooo is a huge liar, so I figured this stuff was bunk. :-)
