Milk and Estrogen??

I have heard milk raises estrogen in men, which frightens me, because I was bulking a while back, I used to drink a half a gallon or more of milk a DAY, any words? I liked it too, I got organic milk, it tasted great, easy calories, and easy protein, but it is fattening, so I might not do it again.

I guess it depends of that get adminstered to the cows, certain producers either pump them full of hormones to grow faster or dont pay particular attention to the purity of the feeding sources.

I cant tell you anything sure about it but when I was a kid I was used to drink lot of milk even at lunch or dinner and I was fat and slow, then stopped drinking it and got slowly in a better shape.

Now dont know if thats because of the calories themselves or the contenct of the milk.

Right now I feel much better when I avoid it, Im not lactose intolerant but still feel better without.

You're right about fattening, besides after a month of doing it, I figured all that can't be good for your stomach/gut, but I might have one or two glasses of milk a day for the casein and healthy fats. Figure one or two glasses won't effect estrogen levels at all?

Its hard to tell, first of all depends in which country are you and what kind of law regulates the way cows are fed.

If you need healthy fats in your diet I believe a better option would be to add more fish.

I live in the USA, and I bought Nature's Promise Organic Whole Milk.Only bought organic, because organic tastes a thousand times better to me. If you can look it up for me, tell me if you think it's a good brand, that'd he great.
