Q & A FOR OR1GIN

I was wondering increased muscle glycogen causing increased muscle fullness which in turn would cause an increase in vascularity? Extra muscle sounds great too.

depend on ur goals since I'm going for a bulk im eating alot so no vascularity unless I'm at the gym when I workout they pop out
 
End of week two for me on Origin and Triumph, and end of week three on Anabeta Elite. I'm not noticing too much yet. I've gained a couple pounds and feel just as lean but bloat is off and on so some days I look fat some I don't, but my diet is inconsistent. I stay around 3,000 calories though.

I can't tell if I'm getting deeper sleep or not, some nights I sleep great and others I have trouble falling asleep. I have two bottles of Origin but I'm hoping I can pick up a couple more before these two run out.

I too have trouble falling asleep(long going problem) , but once I'm out, sleep is phenomenal. 2 hours of sleep and I've got energy for days!

I've just finished up with finals so the two weeks I've been on Origin have been hectic. Maybe I'll start seeing some things now that I can focus more on it.
 
Back on OR1GIN for about 1-1.5 weeks the PRs are coming back like an ex girl after you win the lottery.
 
First 10 days on or1gin/KB stack;
Hunger wasn't there, then it hit me, now its kinda easing off a bit.

Really does help with carb bloat though, and when you eat you can just carry on eating.

My diet its pretty much in check, but with the christmas period, too damn tempting with all the good stuff floating about.

I feel bigger(upto 94.5kg) but leaner

Strength is slightly up, really nice product/stack right there so far
 
I'm almost positive that it's IMPOSSIBLE to gain fat when using or1gin.

Unfortunately, not so much (but pretty close) :)

lol I gained fat on it i ate alot tho, but muscle fullness is badas$
around week 6 my appetite is kind out of control I have this consistent urge to eat

I had/am having a very similar experience. I gained a fair bit of fat around my midsection, mostly visceral fat, from the looks of it (the easiest to gain and usually first to burn off). But I also accept responsibility for that since I ate like there was no tomorrow :). I also had corresponding pretty impressive muscle fullness and appears some lean muscle gains, so I took the trade off. I am now controlling my intake a lot more and it is starting to come off, albeit slower than it went on LOL. My hunger has quieted down a bit also, but I could have controlled the eating before, my hunger was intense, but not so much that I didn't have to give in. But in my mind I wanted gains, and I tend to "listen" to my body, and it was telling me that it wanted food :). the caveat being that after a bit I "ran out" of clean food to eat and ended up slacking and snacking on not so clean food in between meals instead of taking the time to eat right.

lol I was kinda exaggerating but I'm scared to try. Lean gains only so far though

Make good use of the increased hunger/improved digestion coupled with the anabolic environment (enhanced IGF-1 signalling/ribosome biogenesis).

Eat more, but eat clean.

If you stuff your face with fries and Nutella you'll gain fat. No matter what.

I know, I agree 100% (if that comment was directed at me). I shared my mis-steps so that others might learn from my mistakes through my anecdotal, but real world, experiences and feedback :)

As an aside, what about fries dipped in Nutella? :D

Been off from gym for several days and I still feel the nice pump and muscles look much better still got the added body comp effects even when missing and I won't go back until Friday

I noticed this when I took off for 2 weeks due to unexpected family death. Muscles were still full and had good shape. Was very pleased.
 
Forgive me for not reading through this entire thread and taking the lazy route but... I have been on or1gin for about 2 weeks now following dosing protocol as per the bottle's instructions. My question is if there is another dosing protocol anyone has followed with better results? I usually take with meals, would there be any merit to taking first thing in the morning fasted without food or will that decreases absooption?

I've always recommended taking it about 15' BEFORE meals with plenty of water.
 
I've been off it for about 2 weeks now and I look much more bloated I can't wait to replenish my funds and stock up on some. Did nothing for me strength wise but I loved the body recomp effects in just a 2 bottle run. I'm over 250lbs and was wondering if an extra cap would have added more benefits I read somewhere in here that past that weight another cap might be beneficial.

At least 10-15 minutes prior to a meal. I have on occasion taken a few doses during a fast because I didn't have time to eat. I didn't have any issues with GI or anything else. If xtyler says with meals is best for efficacy then I believe him as he is the mastermind behind Orig1n. But hey, if you want to play with it then let us know what you notice between different methods.:bigok:

What are the popular Stacks with Origin?

I'm thinking doing Origin and ABE (used several times before). Thoughts on that combo?

There has been some folks on here mention they are trying that stack, but no actual feedback yet. My favorite is Orig1n & tr1umph.
