Quick question

So I just finishing up my cycle of halodrol by gaspari (the new DHEA 1,4 andro one) and am wondering if a SERM is necessary. Only asking this because I know it was a low dose and didn't shut down or anything from it. I know the SERM is the base of a PCT but with this low dose do think a good otc PCT like sup3r PCT and some other otc products like natural anabolics would be fine?

Gaspari halodrol facts: 250mg

1-androstene-3b-ol, 17-one, 4-androstene-3b-ol, 17-one, Androsterone, Androstenolone Acetate, Rhaponticum carthamoides 100:1 Extract (root)

Only took one 250mg tab a day for 6 weeks, no side or anything!
 
You're still gonna be shut down man, maybe not fully but a little bit at least. At least at the bare minumum run an otc product for a bit. I don't think you need to go balls to the wall PCT but a little clomid wouldn't hurt
 
The dosages are so low for that product that you are actually probably fine with an OTC PCT product. It's great that you had no sides, but how were the results?

You would think so, but with a 250mg prop blend consisting of 5 ingredients, it's doubtful that the amount of 1 and 4-Andro that he took was much more than 50mg per day.
 
Yeah I was thinking maybe a little nolva like only 10mg EOD. And I believing less is more when it comes to supplements and lifting. I make sure everything else is on point and then add small doses like that. But I did about 6lbs and look harder.. nothing too crazy, plus like I said everything was on point.

True but clomid has been shown to boost natural test levels anyway so even if he isn't shut down, as long now as he doesn't over dose and kill is Estrogen levels it should help regardless.
 
Edit* less isn't more when is comes to lifting still have to be a beast! Just supplements is usually what I try to do!
 
I was 178lbs and now I'm around 183-184lbs and good shape. So I personally found it useful even if it was placebo, also I notice some good strength gains. Again could of just been my lifting routine but this def aided to it for sure.
 
Why do they even call it halodrol? It's bollocks. Oh btw there bringing out a new product it's 4 andro with 3 different esters, the name of it you ask? Dianabol
