Funny, Thats what my Dr. always says when I go in for a check up. He doesn't want me to Billy Maze on him.
(all the males on my side of the family have had a heart attach or have died from one).
I'm the first male to make it to 53 without one.

Wow man!! What's weird is my dad is 59, first male in our family to even see 50!!! But, different circumstances, usually violent people and raging alcoholics. Glad you got where youre at

wow...what a great freaking surprise. just got back from doing snow removal, 12 SKIDS of salt put down[50 bags per skid, 50lbs each, and are loaded by hand in to salt tornado dispenser]...I am beat, but this really perked me up!!!

thebigt thanks brother, means a lot coming from you and everyone showing tons of support in here. I feel obligated to say this though:

Keep the guys who are out in the sandbox doing our nation's dirty work in your thoughts. I've spent the last 4 years of holidays overseas, but not all of that time has been in the desert. While I am "deployed" in a sense, as in not being in the US, I'm not full blown Middle East deployed embracing the suck for months at a time. I have my wife and dog here in Europe with me. I'm not downplaying any of the kind words you guys have brought my way, not by any means, but I want to shift the focus to the guys (and gals) who aren't able to be with any of their family this holiday season for one reason or another.
