Test E Peak

Hi guys,

Just a general question. When does Test E peak in the system? Like on week 4, are your test levels technically going to get any higher than that or whenever it peaks? I'm curious as to how the e2 levels increase with the test increase. Let's say I'm at a2500 Test Level and a 75 E2 level at week 4 at 500mg weekly of test. Will I most likely stay at those levels throughout 12 weeks unless I change dosage? Just curious, and obviously, things like diet and outside variables could come into play, but just in general?

Thanks,

Sweet, and then I should be safe to assume that my E2 levels will stay in or around same range once Test has peaked? Like if my Test levels get to say 2750 at week 5, then my Test should stay at that same level through the remainder of the cycle at the same dose? Then saying E2 levels would also stay the same around weeks 5-12?

From memory, the study Ive read showed test:e2 and test:dht ratios are pretty much maintained throughout (on-cycle). Obviously an AI and altering SHBG levels can impact that.

Yes and Yes to what Mayan said. 4-6 weeks to see peak concentration. E2 will remain steady if dose remains steady. The same goes for testosterone. If you're pinning regularly then you're keeping levels as stable as possible.

Ok Great. So I just had my blood levels tested from week 1 - 4 and my Test went from 360 to > 1500 and my E2 went from <5 to 68. So I should probably assume we are almost at peak levels for both..

Got a question though. I haven't used an AI on this cycle. So technically should I take my Asin to get it lower than 68 or just leave it? Will even taking something like 6.25mg eod get it a little bit more in the normal range? I really do not want to take E2 too low as I had some severe side effects last time I did this..

Man, e2 can be so individualistic. Some guys are fine having it that high their whole cycle, others will get sides galore. Ive seen bloods where e2 is 50% higher than yours still, and no sides.

I can see arguments either way on this sorry man :/

I feel you, and it makes sense. Right now, I'm getting some pretty bad gyno on my right nipple. It's like 2 separate lumps.. I think I'm also holding a good amount of water weight. I'm up about 10 lbs in 5 weeks.

I want to keep upping the aromasin from the 6.25 I've been taking the past 5 days, but I'm starting to feel like **** lol..

I had another question.. Math related I guess.

So if I reach my peak test in say week 5. I then start an AI. Say it only takes 5 days for the peak of the ai to work. Let's say my e2 is at 75 and then after I take the ai for 5 days which is the peak amount for steady state, my e2 drops to 30. If I keep taking that same AI daily at the same dosage, it should always remain at 30 correct? It's shouldn't keep getting lower and lower right because it's reached its peak(steady state) already at day 5?

Thats my understanding.

25mg per day can suppress plasma e2 by 60%. 6.25eod is obviously much less. What you see in the first week, Id be surprised if there was any further noticeable decline if maintaining that dose.

The only study Ive got on aromasin doesnt compare various doses, so I cant speak too confidently on these assumptions.
