I was taking testosterone cream for about 4 months however I found myself getting more and more agitated much easier than normal so I quit taking it but now I am like no energy at all what can I do to help transition of of this

By testosterone cream you mean prescription grade. If so this is not something that can be just stopped without a PCT.

And your doctor agreed that it's OK to just stop? Did he not explain that once you use it that your natural testosterone production stops?

What was your testosterone level before you started the cream? In the 4 months you were on it, did you get bloodwork?

You were likely getting agitated because your levels were too high and you weren't maintaining your e2 levels, which is the primary culprit behind aggression while on exogenous test.

It would be easier to adjust while on than starting over again. He will probably put you in the same protocol in order to have you get bloods while you are experiencing agression, so he can adjust dosage
