Always wanted to try it. A buddy gave me one in front of the wife. She told me if I took it I would have to take care of myself. I gave it back. She's afraid she will have to take me to the emergency room after 4 hrs. Lol

Ok guys!! I woke up this morning a little groggy, but when dont I, really? Anyway, been having a slight pain in the right arm right where the bicep comes into the elbow, and this morning its a little extra sore and stiff. No biggie, Ill just see what Im capable of. So I only took 1 capsule this morning at 0630, which will hopefully allow me to take my PWO and go hit the gym without causing any Hypertension. Im working EMS tonight, so I can go home and sleep and then take another capsule when I wake up for a little evening boost without the fricken BP being jacked. But, big attempt at the gym today, so Ill let you guys know if I failed at it or not. I did however go straight to urinate after waking, and realized that either I was still REALLY tired, or, that I liked what I was seeing in the mirror so I couldnt help but to go get my phone and take a picture of it. And I do think I look a decent amount leaner than I did a week ago. What do you guys think? Honestly. FireTitan you got more of a v taper brah... are you taking waist measurements? That's probably the best way to gauge BF loss if your recomping since the scale tends to not move. Also how's the keto diet going?

Dont want to freak you out. but I tore mine dead lifting years ago.(and it wasn't even bothering me)
