Hey guys,
new to the board, not to the gym. been working out since highschool. took a few months off after the split with my now ex fiancé. now I'm back to the gym. Never ran a cycle before but want to start as I've kind of plateaued.
stats:
31/m
6'5
17% BF
workout 2x/day
eat mostly clean with a couple cheat days usually sat and sun on off days.
kcal is 2400 cal, starting to get back to caloric deficit and shooting for 2000 cals a day right now. lots of protein, complex carbs etc.
first cycle I'm looking at doing Test Cyp and Tren. I know a lot of people say Tren isn't right for beginners but I'm looking at it for the recomp benefits. need some help from you guys as far as dosage and pct. would like a 16 week cycle.
any help you guys could offer would be greatly appreciated!!!
