Got up early and went to the gym, then spent the next 5 hours driving up to my sons. Now I'm ready to derail

Sorry man!! I WAS tired, was running off of 1 hour and 15 minutes of sleep, and I apologize.

You are crazy cool man!! I almost look forward to the days of a travel to see my son, but happy with him at the house....for now. Hope you enjoy the time with him!!
 
Baby sitting my grandsons while my son and daughter in law go do some Christmas shopping. So actually even better (except for the diapers)

Still on 1 twice a day, tomorrow will jump to 2 AM. Im not sure what youre looking for, but this morning I had a modern protein shake with almond milk, another at 11:30 and Im just now getting hungry enough to eat supper at 9:30 PM. No jitters at 1 capsule, but still a clean smooth energy. I like the tingles but they only last an hour or so.
 
Great log FireTitan . I wonder when SFreed is gonna join in....normally he loves derailing these threads. Funny he hasn't been in here yet.

I didnt do much today guys, had a little over an hour of sleep before leaving the fire department. Took my son hunting...fail...went to bed and got a solid 4 hours. I did however hit my treadmill for 25 minutes before coming on shift at EMS. Nothing impressive but I accomplished something nonetheless.
 
This thread sucks. I am gone.
FireTitan hasn't accomplished shizzle today and SFreed is being boring.

I gained 9.2lb on vacation just in anticipation of getting to log this. Now FireTitan wins and I'm just stuck here grabbing this 9.2lb on my gut. Better sell me on these magical beans, sir. So far, I'm only 95% sold.

Well, Im now on 6.5 total hours of sleep since 0530 yesterday morning and going strong!! Had a CPR for the first call of the night and my chest compressions looked like a friggin Singer Sewing machine!! Seriously, no kidding, not a euphemism! At 96% yet?

Im going to wait on that right now. Ive only had 1 REAL workout but it was nice. Jumping to both capsules starting tomorrow and Monday will be a big lift day. Then cardio. Will be a good test, THEN Ill let you know for sure.
