6 Week Fat Loss Challenge

So I did as I was told by none other than smith_69 himself and put my treadmill on the fat burn program for 25 minutes. Apparently my treadmills programmers thought you have to be on a d@mn 10-12% incline in order to burn fat. Not cool people, not cool. Had to manually lower it down a few times. And its so funny, my legs are so short that @4.2MPH I am at a fricken jogging pace! Od smack my dad in the mouth for these legs if I didnt know he could kill me with his thumb.
 
Day 25

Had a solid day in spite of having to work overtime... Besides my protein shakes food is ground beef and spicy purple cabbage.
Did chesticles and deltazoids again as recovery is still on point so I get to hit them twice a week. Did

Feeling good, clothes fit good, not weighing myself till at least monday!
 
Btw, anybody here ever try Vince Gironda's Steak and Egg Diet? Steak and eggs and butter 2x a day and nothing else, every 5th day a cheat day. What think you?

Pretty sure FireTitan did for a few days. I find it tough to believe, but if I remember correctly, he got tired of steak!

Yep, I did for a week. And I never would have thought it, but it does get old, quick. Not to mention expensive, thats was actually what kicked it for me, I just couldn't afford it.

Nice work! I haven't thought about spicy purple cabbage with my ground beef, Ill have to try it.

"I can't wait until bodybuilders go back to the steak and eggs diet.", he would say."

Sounds great to me. I'm going to give it a go, except I'm not sure about the whole cream, rather substitute whole milk and may graduate to whole cream. I already put that in my coffee again. Good stuff!

I definitely saw some results in a short amount of time, but Like I said, I couldn't continue to do it, it just wasn't financially feasible for me right now.

No cream or protein powder or veggies in the hc og diet - just steak and eggs and butter. Period. Only drinks water and tea and black coffee. Im seriously considering this for a 4 week run. Maybe.

Day 26
On the advice of a couple of wise ones, I'm going to up the sup3r epi to 750mg a day on the way to 1000mg. It seems Im at the practical limit on 1andro so I'm sticking at 330mg. I also realize that I can up the dose on the sup3r epi without buying any more - which is definitely a plus! :)

Squatz n dedz and pull ups today.....looking forward to it!

Food today besides protein shakes will be roast chicken n greens.

Coming up on 4 weeks so I havta decide over the weekend if I'm gonna make any other changes for the next 4.we'll see.

Good point. And to be honest, and not trying to sound like a D1ck, but some peoples pockets are deeper than others. Unfortunately with the situation my wife and I are in, my pockets are shallow and have holes. D@mn, I just made me sad

Dam 180LB. form looks spot on. sometimes I will rotate reps from forehead to neck.

I have 3. Full time firefighter, part time EMT, and part time firefighter. My wife
Lost her job a few years back and took over a year to find a new one, depleted our savings just paying bills. Ended up with no choice but to file for a Ch. 13 bankruptcy , so for 2 more years they continue pulling just under $1300 a month from my check. Sucks
 
I do, but for some reason, that angle is really hard on my rotator cuff, so I really limit those.

Thanks for sharing bro. i'm going to try them with the pulley high and see if that is easier on my bad shoulder. do you still feel it in the back of the shoulder?

Holy crap yes!!! lifted67 is the one who got me doing these, and I love them!! Especially when you can get that hold at the end of the pull.

Dam I'm stocked to try them that way. I just a week in on my new workout and might just replace my funky rear delt work i'm starting.

He has dubbed them "Titan Laterals" I use between 15-25 lbers and smith had me pause at the top and slow the negative down. Theyre brutal man. Trust me. And I can do them with my torn rotator cuff!!Invalid Link Removed

These videos bring so much to the table. Great demonstrations if two great exercises, a yummy model (it's official, not my judgement), and for me - it brings back memories. I didn't realize right away but that looks like the second story of my old gym. Feeling sentimental.

As far as the rope pulls, I use a high pulley too - but a reverse grip on the rope and pull into a front double bicep pose. Hairygrandpa posted the YouTube video of this a while back...I forget the personality's name that demonstrated them. Omar?

That's what I thought. I can't remember the building names, but I remember working out there. Dungeon weight room on the first level with the racquetball courts, machines upstairs.
