My gym is pretty good about this. If they are doing this on some equipment I'm getting ready to use I just ask if I can work in and they usually just say I'm done and go sit somewhere else.

The owner was is a retired ifbb olympia pro and when they walk through they will literally yell and motivate people lol. God help them if they catch someone on their phone lol. We are definitely an oldschool hardcore gym.
 
Morning at my gym isn't too bad about texters. Really the only issue is common d-baggery that doesn't personally effect me, just gives me a chuckle

That is awesome! We use to have a gym here in the 90's like that. Everyone was hard core. I still miss it. Got shut down when the owner went to jail. At least that was what I was told. Selling roids.

Dang id love to get in on that. Funds are tight rn and i really love aminos. Would i have a shot even if i chose to run the aminos and used gw1516/clen too with it?

By body weight though it would take a stupid amount to reach what they gave those rats. Low dose just for cardio and intensity benefits. Guerrillachemist has some great real information on the subject, look him up on instagram.

Nice guys! All three of those are staples for me!

How about some love for zmk, somnidren, hmb, joint mechanic, myco green, or shred? Anyone looking at those guys? I think sometime people forget or don't even know about some of those... Except when smith_69 chimes in and reminds everyone how much he loves our products :).
 
Joint mechanic you say? I am old and broken. Any experience with it?
