Great Info guys, I am considering doing a laxo and epi. And after reading this will be adding betaine to my everyday supps. From what i have read Follidrone 2.0 is the best for epi and Laxo im up in the air. Any suggestions guys?

This is exactly what I'm thinking of running but since I'm a noob as well, I'm wondering how to dose throughout the day on training and non-training days:
X-Gels
Creatine (pre or post-? I've read both)
Epi
ABE
LCLT
ALCAR (also have a tub of AAKG I haven't used)
I tend to workout in the evenings so I'm avoiding stims right now since I have trouble sleeping as it is. Just checked the sleep aid thread and am going to grab one of the products recommended by you guys (probably Dream and Grow).
Training days:
X-Gels (all capsules on an empty stomach preworkout)
Creatine (doesn't really matter)
ABE (2 caps with 2 large meals, or 2 preworkout, 2 post)
LCLT (1 gram postworkout)
ALCAR (1 gram preworkout
Non training days:
X-Gels (don't take it if you workout 4 or more times a week on off days)
Creatine (doesn't really matter)
ABE (2 caps with 2 large meals)
LCLT (doesn't really matter)

Mass max xt for 8 weeks. If you can afford it stack Alphamax xt or m test for 8 weeks also.
8 weeks is a common cycle length, and works well for a lot of other ingredients in supplements like AlphaMax xT and M-Test, although some studies/papers reference studies that lasted 12 weeks (the following links reference the 12 week studies):How long can a cycle of long jack last?
What's LCLT?
Long Jack is just one ingredient in alphamax or m test. I would take for 8 weeks then take a break.
M-Test has long jack as well. M-Test has fadogia and Alphamax XT has Forskolin 95, Ferulic Acid, Vit D and DHAA. Other than that very similar.WRONG...one of the biggest differences between the two is alphamax has long jack, m-test has fadogia.

Gotcha, I read it as M-Test not having it.for me it is the fadogia that sets the 2 apart. you are correct m-test does have a small amount of long jack but it plays a secondary role to fadogia---which alphamax does not have.
