Thorsdad bulks with m1a/dermacrine

Whats up peeps started my 6 week run this morning of m1a and dermacrine been wanting to do this for a while. I am 6"4 current weight is 286lbs my plan is to gain 15 + pounds as clean as i can i train 5 days a week in the morning before work

Supplement dose as follows
M1a weeks 1-2 40mgs/ 3-4 60mgs/5-6 80mgs
Dermacrine- 6 pumps throughout the cycle
Also will be taking cel cycle assist multi vitamin fish oil

Pct will be- nolva bps endosurge a-hd bpi rush

I will be eating like a horse plan on taking in 2000 cals on top of normal diet not really following a specific diet plan an getting at least 400 grams of protein each day

Here is my training schedule

Warm up10 reps : band pull aparts kb swings kb squat pushups* jog in place
Rest periods will be 20-30 seconds

Workout day 1 total body push pull 5 rounds 8 reps 30 seconds rest
Incline db press
Bentover row
Deadlift
Squat
Finish with 10 minutes cardio and abs

Day 2 3 sets 6 reps* Chest/back: incline leverage bench-deadlift, cable cross over- bent row , flat bench press-lat pull down

Day 3 4 sets 6- 8reps Preacher curl - v bar press down

Hammer curl- rope press down

Ez bar curl- close grip bench press

Reverse grip curl- reverse grip bench press

Day 4 4 sets 6-8 shoulders: smith press- lat raise
Arnold press-rear delt fly
Shrugs front/back

Legs 4 sets 6-8 reps squat stiff leg deads
3 point calve raise

Day5 upper/lower body detail 12 -15 reps 3 giant sets

Chest- bentover cable cross over - incline fly- decline db press

Back- close grip pull down- barbell pullover- lower back extensions

Shoulders- upright row-3 point lat raise -incline reverse lat fly

Bicep- incline db curl-hammer preacher curl-21's

Triceps- dips-lying incline rope extensions- reverse grip pull down

Legs-hammycurl-split squat- sitting calve raise

2,000 kcal above maintenance? You're going to gain a significant amount of fat and relatively quickly at that

Thanks for the input not sure on my bf% ill post a pic from this morning as for my calorie intake i normally take in 2500 - 3000 cals daily i work in construction so im moving all day i dont think ill get as fat as the normal person would but the feedback is appreciated

Ok, that makes sense. If your expenditure is high (from your job) then having a large surplus like that seems reasonable.

Solid base btw man!
 
Day 2 week 1 had a great morning workout body feels pumped and strong took 6 pumps of dermacrine and 1 cap m1a pwo

Warm up10 reps : band pull aparts kb swings kb squat pushups* jog in place plus 55 reps of flat bench press with135lbs

The workout was done as supersets with 20-30 seconds of rest between sets

3 sets 6 reps* Chest/back: incline leverage bench-deadlift, cable cross over- bent row , flat bench press-lat pull down

Felt good thru every lift besides it being cold in my garage it was an all around great workout now it time for food ,football and hangin wit my 2 young sons kaiden thor and axel hulk more updates to come
 
I love doing derma. My only grip is the rash I get everytime afterwards. Besides that, it's great!
 
Day 3 week 1 had an excellent afternoon arm workout pump was in full effect took 6 pumps of dermacrine 1 cap m1a pwo warmed up ansd got rollin . the workout was
4 sets 6- 8reps 20 - 30 seconds rest between sets Preacher curl - v bar press down

Hammer curl- rope press down

Ez bar curl- close grip bench press

Reverse grip curl- reverse grip bench press

Like i said pump was and is great still pumped as i type this lol after taking a few weeks off from lifting this stack haves me extra motivated time to get some grub more updates to come

Yes, go for it. If you're working hard in the gym AND working hard at work all day (blue collar myself, on feet lifting heavy things all day, moving around, contortionist, etc) then *believe it or not folks, 4500-5500 cal a day is NOT that crazy. Used t do it on the regular and yes, metabolism is good, and had a bf% of 9-10%, clean bulk, all day. Some people respond differently and some people WORK THEIR ASSES OFF!

I work my tail off especially during the summer months i live in cali and its 100 degrees plus everyday it cools down in the winter but work is still taxing

4 super sets 6-8 shoulders: smith press- lat raise
Arnold press-rear delt fly
Shrugs front/back

Legs 4 super sets 6-8 reps squat stiff leg deads
3 point calve raise

Shoulders and legs wer on fire had an excellent pump and body feels great more updates on the way

Was debating on getting up early to train because the wife and i wer up all night with 2 crying kids 1 with a fever and 1 poppin teeth we took shifts on trying to sleep but i feel excellent this morning hope my lil guys do to . so far on this cycle my body feels great sleep is good and my overall mood is good more updates to come

total body push pull 5 rounds 8 reps 30 seconds rest
Incline db press 65 lbs
Bentover row 135lbs
Deadlift 225lbs
Squat 225 lbs
Finish with 10 minutes cardio and abs

I was beat after this workout pump was great . week 1 is in the books so far im up 2lbs 288 .o body feels good and strong no sides yet libido is excellent sleep is also good more updates to come

I had to read carefully his workout: 30 sec. rest, now THAT explains the weight used, good job thorsdad31 !

Thank u i know its not much rest but ive been training like this for the last few months and seeing quick results lets see how this goes with this cycle
