Anyone else loading down on GDAs/defuse today?

I lifted this morning (8am) and will be eating around noon/one oclock

Thinking one cap anabolic pump and two defuse pre meal

Tomorrow we're having another thanksgiving at my in-laws and since I won't be lifting tomorrow I'll be using four defuse pre meal.

What're you guys taking (if anything before your meals)?

& partitioning supplements
Supplements used to limit/control damage from large meals or binges.

Basically they alter the digestion of complex carbs (not sugars, but can have positive blood sugar effects)

Some rev up Glut-4 to increase nutrient shuttling to muscle tissue,
Some will strait up block digestion of complex carbs (gut enzyme effects) such as a good dose of HCA

It's probably the most complex branch of supplements discussed regularly on these boards because we know less about the gut than almost anything else in human biology

Some real fun products out there to try though.

Not Thanksgiving here but I plan a big cheat meal so I can feel in the same spirit haha

2x Burn 24
1.5g agmatine
2 scoops Metabolic Powder
 
Had about 3 Glycophase today and the wife is using two as well. Carb central since visiting family. Back to the diet tomorrow.
 
I feel that my body handles extra carbs way better without them at my cheating meal(once a week). Only if I have 2-3 cheat days in a row, these do help reducing damage. On the other hand, people that stay at single bf I can understand the regular use

Which would you say is the best "Blocker"? HCA research findings seem to be 50/50 on it's effects of reducing fat formation.

High dosing = legit pooping some things out intact lol.

I can't imagine it not working to help limit fat gain from a cheat (occasional use dosed high)

Defuse is my favourite option for a big cheat but it can't be used regularly.

I used my BRITE, DCP, and guthealth like normal. Added in some Defuse as well. Early training session tomorrow should be full of pumps :)

Informative post. Anabolic Pump was the first one I ever used and I enjoyed it. I logged Glycophase and it was also very good. I like SlinMax for the overall profile of Na-R-ala, Agmatine and Berberine. All of which are great for GDA purposes when used individually. If you're looking into SlinMax, Nutriverse has 20% of currently.

Yeah I ended up only using Anabolic pump pre meal since I lifted earlier.

Today since it's a rest day and my in-laws have a HUGE family which always leads to even bigger meals, I'll be using diffuse. I've had this bottle of diffuse for eight months? Lol

How is Anabolic Pump? I looked into it last year but it's a prop blend, and I haven't seen the ingredients in any other GDA/Nutrient Partitioner.
