I have iron legion invictus and ksm66 , will be adding sns reduce xt what else can I add to this stack to control/suppress cortisol for a recomp and anti catabolic benefits ?
You won't need all three of those. The idea is to control cortisol, not obliterate it. It serves a very important function and garners undeserved hatred from the community.I have iron legion invictus and ksm66 , will be adding sns reduce xt what else can I add to this stack to control/suppress cortisol for a recomp and anti catabolic benefits ?

Bottom line is that you *want* Cortisol to start rising in the AM (to wake you up and do all the good things it does during the training day), and to decrease leading up to bed/sleep time. You want normal ranges. Without blood-work, you are guessing at your Cortisol status and may do more harm than good. It's the same with Estrogen - un-neccesary bad rap.
