Weighing in at a decently muscular 252 on the way to 225-230.
Can run a log daily if need be
Pics no problem.
Diet is really dialed in now so this would be a good kick in da pants!

So, um...I haven't had much time to spend on here today and tomorrow could be worse. But, I will log this, but I have to be honest, my work life is getting busy and I am having less and less time - which means I am not as crazy as I was before. Still moving forward, but I don't have the horse power I did before at the moment. My hope is to lose another 10 pounds before January and get into a bulk...the weight is coming off slowly though! Maybe this will speed it up?

Lol, busy isn't necessarily good....I may not get paid for all of it. Just gotta keep throwing it against the wall though and hope things work.
