If you were going to make your own pre-workout, what five key ingredients would you have in it and why would you include them?
 
Caffeine for energy, Citrulline for vasodilation and potential ergogenic effect, Peptopro for potential MPS increase, Cordyceps Militaris for endurance and something to flavor it with because it will taste horrible.

I'd agree with this. I may tag on agmatine for pump and beta alanine.
 
Caffeine- stim/fat loss/proven.
Agmatine- pump/gda/nutrient partitioning
Citrulline- pumps
Beta alanine- I like the tingles, plus long term ergo benefits
Tren- gainz
