Goal (gain mass while lowering bf%)

(PH cycle - Week 1-6) never ran anything, doing a quick 6 weeker to see how my body responds to hormone manipulation before a test cycle in the spring

Sup3r - 1
220/220/220/330/330/330 (mg)

Sup3r - DHEA (instead of Sup3r-4 because I hear it's a solid base and less harsh on a systemic level)
2 pumps / week

Nolva - 20/20/10/10 (mg)

ARA 1/1.5G 50 workout days

Gonna wait to see what the prices are like on Black Friday.
 
Hey man. Looks good, except Id suggest maybe starting the sdhea at 1pump (2ml) per day, and increasing from there. You probably want to be dosing that from the start with the s1.

Also, Id suggest draining the sdhea into a tupperware container and drawing your doses with an oral syringe. Much more accurate than the pump, and this stuff is runny.

Also it states to apply to apply with wrists. I'm assuming so you don't spread it by touching stuff after?

No, the wrist recommendation is due to the skin being much thinner there than the palm of the hands, so there will be better absorption and less waste.

Lots of guys use latex gloves for td, though. Due to the viscosity of the product, Id recommend going this route.
