Today I started my peptide cycle for recomp and healing...lots of pinning.
TB-500, CJC w. Dac, IGF1-Lr3/ bi-lateral,Melanotan 2, test

My kitchen looked like crack house, used- and unused syringes, vials cotton balls.
Me sitting there pinning me in 6 different places...jeez

Gym went good, did a lot of back and chest. Still doing weighted pull ups and TUT -push ups, lots of cable some isolation DB triceps-biceps.
Diet is for recomp, off days without carbs at 1500 kcal / on days with carbs up to 2000 kcal, trying to get at least 170-200gr protein in.
 
Did you seriously go anywhere nice? Who the **** takes a vacation in November?
Was for business, not vacations. Got to Melbourne beach and Cocoa beach, did a lot of sight seeing driving around. My real vacations are in January in Brazil, rented an apartment with ocean view for 7 days, drive there by car.
 
I can probably hit the highlights for you; bighulksmash is running a cycle that would kill a lesser man, Brandinooooo is eatin 4500 kcals a day and gained 3 pounds, FireTitan is still going strong and killin it in the gym, and we all discovered the joys of fat girls.

Did I leave anything out guys??
ChocolateClen is dropping out of school and joining the SEALS, which gave us all freedom boners, Alpha1agreda is getting crazy lean gainz on his cycle but thinks he's getting fat, and we discovered that NewAgeMayan is actually a pimp named "Gator" that's been posting pics of his hoes a lot lately...

Thanks for the update! Have to get in contact with NewAgeMayan or "Gator", hopefully he has something for me that satisfies my peptide boner -and my kinky fetish, my wife is still hiding from me. Does Alpha1agreda still post pictures of his abs, using different light's, angles -and make up?

Short update on my peptide abuse:

After the first injection of CJC w. Dac, my dream came true. I got all the nasty sides I hoped I'll get.
Nausea when waking up, interrupted sleep (insomnia), some nerve pain in my arms and feeling fatigue.
Awesome.
 
lol, speaking of which, I need to update that. I've been lax. I have excuses for cheating on my log now. It's all downhill.

Another gym day:

Shoulders, Legs, Traps

Lots of everything, great pump, great performance -shoulder workout progresses despite injury.
 
Second day using IGF-1 and I can already feel it, it gives me sort of a "perma-pump" -going well with the melanotan induced "perma-boner".
 
Shoulder update:
After 4 weeks of TB-500, the shoulder got better, but I ran out of TB-500...

It's only my second day on IGF1, CJC and the newly arrived TB-500 and my shoulder already improved a notch.
Unbelievable, maybe it got better by itself -or placebo, can't imagine that the peptides kick in that fast. On the other hand I have this weird perma-pump from the IGF1, guessing it's increased blood flow to the area and that helps.
My knees are better too, can't imagine that's a placebo effect.
Will keep observing -and sharing, as lot of us older guys have problems.

BB bent over row: 265lbs x11 /220lbs x14/11
DB Pull over 100lbs: 10/7/7
DB concentration biceps curls 55lbs: 7/7/5

additional :
cable cross overs at higher weight, like 55lbsx2 (first time after injury)
lots of triceps/biceps exercises, some abs and shrugs

After reading all night about IGF1 and how to use it correctly, I'm now taking it with some ice to the gym, injecting it bilateral in the recently worked muscles right after the workout. I also cut the dosage to a max of 40mcg x day to avoid "palumbism" (infamous big gut in nowadays bodybuilding) and mix my BCAA's intra workout with a sugary lemonade to avoid drop in blood sugar.

I'm still convinced that CJC+IGF+TB-500 will heal me completely as my healing progress is simply awesome.

Here my complete approach for the cycle:


-CJC 1295 + Dac 2mg/week split dose (3 injections) Duration: 4 weeks / Huperzine-A, oral 400mcg x day, split
-IGF1 -Lr3 40mcg in split dose (2x20mcg bilateral) right after workout (3-4 x week) into most worked muscles + on off days 10mcg into bad shoulder, near injury Duration: 5-6 weeks
-TB-500 5mg x week split into 3 (for 5 weeks loading) / after 5 weeks 1.5mg weekly split.

-test-e : 250mg/week cruising (not for healing purpose)
Melanotan 2: 0.5mg day (not for healing purpose)

...and I got injured.... but only my ego. :)
 
Awesome thread! Incredible transformation and one hell of an inspiration. I would love to visit banana land someday. Funny enough, here in Missouri in the summer we have some of the worst heat and humidity I've every experienced. Keep kicking ass and I'm subb'd.

After the BPS challenge the doms are crippling me even after 3 days, I'm a puzzy-man.
