If you are using xtend perform then remember there is 2g in each serving, so you will only need 1 scoop of the Peak02

What does your pre/intra workout supplementation look like ATM?

Looks good B, but remember the log is mostly based off the feedback on your product. All the other loggers have a small write up or write up what they experience during your workout. we need to know what your getting from the product, how its affecting your trianing, how its alterting your cardio. What changes you note during training, what changes you note on day to day recovery etc..

All are key!

During the workout I was not fatiguing fast at all. I was decreasing the need for rest periods as I was recovering intra set and post set at a higher rate. I am moving at a faster pace and loving it. Body feels great and lung capacity and output seem to be going up and up

What are usual rest times? What were they cut back to?
How much cardio will you be doing? Will you be varying it?
Things like that are very important instead of black and white statements.
Lets see you stack some weight and add some intensity techniques. Lets make the most of your run brother.

Cardio I did 5 sets of battle ropes
30 seconds on 45 off.

Body has been feeling great with this. Better oxygen production has helped me push harder. Going to up the amounts of sets and decrease rest the.to.see how it works

Off of Peak O2 I have noticed a nice little increase in my recovery, between sets and after my workout. I have noticed the effects are also helping to improve my cardiovascular endurance. I have been doing some sprints after my workouts and noticed that I am not as winded as easily. I am loving this product and going to push even harder now

This workout sucked. Not becaus ei wasnt recovering, but the pump was too real. My legs felt good, i felt refershed as i sipped on my BCAA's with the Peak O2. This stuff works. More volume better pumps, better recovery? Yeah didn't think that would happen, but it does. rest times were short 20- 30 seconds and I was ready to go.

So I have not been really tracking workouts in depth, but I can say tht I have been performing very well. I can tell the Peak O2 is working based on the fact that i am not getting sore at all. I can have shorter rest periods and still maintain all the strength that I have. Endurance has been godd as well. Higher volume and little rest, I need it. Also been going heavier and my body seems to be responding.

Would be perfect for you to recharge the batteries and come back 100% and get the pumps/energy/motivation on cloud 9.

Overall after all these workouts I can tell my body felt great. I ahd more endurance than I have had before, Going heavier I was skeptical of what My body could handle, but it felt great. I have not been doing as much cardio as before, but did do a HIIT session on the Airdyne. That was a killer, but was not overly exhausted after doing it. My body feels like it is getting more adaptive to high volume and Hiit cardio, due to the presence of Peak O2
