Kettle Lunges the length of the gym, curl the weight after each leg then push-ups at each full length.
 
All I'm saying is my last text to him says "No one is gunna even want to step foot in a cross fit gym, even if it is to slap a cross fitter" lol

We had an idea for this week, but in all honesty, you guys are making these challenges look too easy, so were going to step it up a bit. Ive heard some people complain in anticipation of this weeks challenge, and Ive decided to follow with that. As Alpha and I have said, were out to support you, and to make you better, so weaknesses are should now be a focal point. Week 3 will be a race, and a 2 part race at that.
Step 1- DEADLIFTS! 135lbs for a total of 50, and because we know thatll be easier for some, when you are done, I need you to immediately follow that up with 10 GOOD pull-ups!!!! I dont care of you need to take a break and let go of the bar, I want 10!! Whoever can do it all in the fastest time, will be week 3s winner! As it was with the squats, Alpha and I will be the only judges on form and what reps count!! So...GET SOME!!

Haven't discussed it with Alpha, but for the sake of safety, id say belt is ok, chalk is Ok, NO wraps. Alpha1agreda do you concur?

Edit: by wraps, support wraps are fine, no lifting straps for grip, sorry

Cool. I can't wear lifting straps anymore.
Just the thought is already making me nauseous.
 
Dam i dont have anywhere at my house to do pullups I'll post a deadlift lift vid but no pullups for me good luck to everyone else in this kik @$$ promo
 
Alpha1agreda FireTitan Just want to let you guys know this was a great idea! I'm really enjoying these competitions. Cant do any of them but those that cant do teach. Take that back. I can still do pull ups. LOL

Well I for one appreciate that. Really wish you could take part, but it's understood. We are really working hard to build a strong reputation as BPS reps, and BPS is constantly moving forward to be on of the best choices for our AM friends. Thank you

Better do this before you hit those 2x's
I am. I did 80% 2x yesterday but I'm gonna take it easy and only do a couple accessory exercises today. I need to catch up on my damn bench but my elbows been hurting.

I've been going eod but the mass gain of the past few days has me with slight love handles and that's no bueno.
