First PH cycle

just picked up 1 andro, 4ad, and arom x, 50mg each

would i be safe taking 2*1andro and 2*4ad per day for 4 weeks then taking 4 weeks of 2*arom x as pct?

or should i up the dosage and use a better pct?
 
100mg of 1 andro and 4 andro is very low, and a 4 week cycle is also very short for andros. You'll need a serm for pct. Go do research to get a better understanding first
 
Those doses are very low. Check out the new Cerberus. It has 1-andro/4-andro and epiandro. Full size doses for 4 weeks. Pick up that and a SERM.
 
okay im going to do at least 200mg a day.

1. should i do 4 or 6 weeks of 200mg of 1 andro and 4 ad

2. should i take arom x and clomid together for pct?

3. how much and how long should i take arom x and clomid if i do a 4 week cycle and same thing for a 6 week cycle

also what cycle support should i take on cycle?

Follow label directions on Arom-X. For Clomid follow 50/50/25/25 protocol regardless of 4-8 weeks. That protocol denotes the milligrams per day per week.

1. Atleast 6 weeks

2. That's fine

3. Not sure on dosage off the top of my head. 4 week PCT though.

On cycle support I suggest is Ar1micare PRO. Covers all the bases including an AI. The AI is only strong enough for milder compounds like 4-andro.
