Muscle then fat . How do you promote anticatabolism ? Were or are you a PT ?
Na I'm not a pt. I'm not sure but one way I know how is to find about how many calories your going to burn throughout your day and eat just under that in carb calories. Won't go catabolic but will burn all carbs.
Sure. I eat about 30g max of carbs a day and have no issues - as long as I keep up the fat.
How on earth lol. I'd feel like death.

Just saw this. It depends on your goals and how you manipulate everything. You can center most of your carbs around your workout. Me personally, I train fasted with no carbs because I don't have time for a real breakfast. Also depends on how your body uses carbs and how sensitive you are to insulin. Some people can eat a lot of carbs and stay lean (me @27 years old) or if you look at carbs your insulin shoots up and you store fat more often than not.

Lowering your carbs lowers the small insulin spikes that could encourage fat storage. Really just all depends on your goals

Very valid point insulin sensitivity plays a role in everything I noticed that when I eat hot foods spicy with carbs I tend to not get the shakes I guess all of the **** that I'm on for this cycle eats up all the carbs forces my body to use the energy faster than I'm taking it in that's why I keep having all the shaking fits according to my doctor/uncle.

Really looking to plan put my meals a little better ... been getting these shakes man i hope it's not diabetes.

Do you eat regularly, or more like eat when you can? I'm betting it's the latter, and those shakes are probably due to low blood sugar. Gotta eat regularly man. What's your food schedule like on an average day?

ACTUALLY EAT
2150 CALS 120 G CARBS 175 G P 150 g F
 
Definitely feeling last night work out . Not sore but feel worked . Caught a 30 day no pay suspension. Also had to turn in my depo issued crap. So devoting my time to family friends amd lifting .

That's probably the best one I've heard in a long time cheers hope all is well with the new addition and all. Thinking about getting my class A CDL and just driving propane or oil for the rest of my life.

Thanks man that means a lot this is a time in my life where I really need positive reinforcement I'm just hoping that my career choice will be worth it I'm tired of risking my life everyday and I can't even really talk about it. Last thing I want to be is snuffed out because I know too much.
