habajaba heeblejeebles right. It helps tremendously for long days like today. Normally I would be crawling to my car and then drag my ass into the gym, but I'm good and ready to go.
 
fitness update...posted a 5k time two whole minutes lower on the erg today when using the nano2 elite as opposed to 3 days ago when I didnt. Mind this was after a lift both times, and I am not a very experienced rower...but that type of improvement cannot be overlooked!

Considering I refuse to run anything that ends in the letter "K", I was already impressed. But shaving 2 minutes is killer may man! Seems the nano2 is helping you smash it up!!

Mines got a wide base length and worth a crap ton of money (those animal paks are filled with expensive goodies not to be shown;) ) lmao I think I got a full "package" here fellas
 
OK ladies. Here's the deal. We had some nice entries here. Clearly WAF has the girth down, but just didn't make the length cut. SFreed has the quality down with his beer recovery formula and large stash of proteins. But it really just came down to Brandinooooo and Alpha1agreda. That one is tough. I think they both left some things out and were pretty close to the same length. Possibly a bit of a cheat to use empty animal cans for "other" supps. I'm going to go with Alpha1agreda as our winner, only because Brandinooooo seems to have conceded defeat earlier in this thread.
