Habajaba's first drone strike w/BPS Epidrone

Bro, I pulled mine out with the Sup3r-4 yesterday. I opened them just because I just can't wait! So then I counted the pills so I could say I had a good reason. Man I can't wait. Tomorrow is my final on bottle #1. Weds is start of the double stack.

Do it! Open it. Chug em down and let the gainz take over.
Lmao I have a good cycle planned for them that's the only reason I'm not giving in !
dont give in bro, cause next youll be doing a cycle and needles and stuff. oh wait, never mind

lol

Lmfaoooo a wise man once said to me "All Gains Matter" I need to take everything to make sure I get all the gainz

In the words of Soul II Soul, it's back to life, back to reality today. Here's my grilled chicken salad for dinner. 2 or 3 cups mixed greens, 8 or so oz chicken, couple tomatoes, Sriracha and raspberry vinaigrette.

At 860cal for the day. Probably have some cheese and turkey here in a bit and call it a day. Pleased.

My brother, you had me at sriracha!! I can drink that ship from the bottle

habajaba - killing it man. Nice work. Everyone says how crazy I am to eat so little...you are just as insane as me....wait....that may not be great...But it makes you hardcore in my book.

Thank you sir! We share that all or nothing personality, brother! It can be dangerous, but I try and keep myself in check.

Lol, at least hardcore crazy. I appreciate the commitment though, I would be less crazy is I was as lean as you.

Ok, boot camps - stop eating, increase exercise levels until you pass out, do everything that you are told not to do. You in bighulksmash ?

I have figured out a way 2 intravenously apply the benefits of caffeine ephedrine and aspirin in a bane like suit

Means a lot coming from you, bro!

Stim whores unite!

Hey man I gotta give credit where credit is due you putting in the work my hours just got cut for the rest of the year so expect me to be up all of your asses every waking second of every day for the next 8 months time for some major pain attitudinal adjustment.

Cardio day. Still waiting for a plateau. Today was amazeballs, which means 2 days in a row now in high gear!

Recovery felt faster than ever, I found myself pushing to get more reps on moves that I count, just to keep pushing the envelope.

Here's a pic from my Band's data from 9/1 -

What I notice is the heart rate is recovering faster in between moves (more jagged), average HR and ending HR are both down. Keep in mind it loses my HR when I really push it, for some stupid reason... I easily hit 180+ during a certain move, but the Band doesn't pick it up till my rest period when it's coming back down. But it's a nice comparison tool anyway.

Tonight is my last dose of Epidrone bottle #1. Going in for bloods tomorrow morning, then Sup3r-4 is joining the fun!

Nice work brosef! Glad to see that heart rate dropping. I think the Second bottle is where youll really start seeing some big time gainz!

Lift day. Crazy awesome! Added some reps today. Same workout as Monday when I felt like a beast. Monday was 57:11 today was 55:32. As a reference, just last week (and as far as I can remember) this workout was taking me 1:00 - 1:15. Screw breaks. Typical 30 second breaks became closer to 5 and I was ready to get back to killin' it.

Now that the sponsored portion of the log is done, I'm going to post my workout of the day in my training log (Invalid Link Removed) and leave this thread for updates specific to Epidrone + Sup3r-4.

Epidrone Final Review (for the sponsored portion)
Faster recovery (5/5)
I had a couple back/neck tweaks and a wrist tweak this month. In the past, the back tweaks would typically progress into a full on spasm, requiring steroid injections to shut them down. On Epidrone, they didn't get as bad and I was able to keep going without missing a workout, despite a little pain.

Increase in strength (5/5)
Slow and steady. I was upping weights and reps on a regular basis. Even on days when I felt weak, I still hit my numbers rather than dropping down in weight.

Body comp (noticeable fat loss or increase in muscle mass) (5/5)
Very noticeable recomp in such a short period of time. Overall, I'm down from 215.4 to 210.8 as of today. Clearly I gained some muscle, so I was able to drop quite a bit of bodyfat in just a month.

Endurance (5/5)
Recovery during breaks on both cardio and lift days is totally rediculous. I'm going longer and harder than ever and I kind of even enjoy cardio now. I do the exact same workouts which makes this easy to measure. According to my band, my overall HR has dropped and drops faster during breaks as well.

Mood (2/5)
I feel a little better, but nothing major. To be honest, I've been a bit of a bear for 6 months+. Not sure what the root cause is, possibly low T?

Libido (1/5)
I've been in the gutter here for a while now. Could be low T again? Regardless, I can't expect a noticeable increase from Epidrone if it's already kind of flat lined. Felt a minor increase, but not overly noticeable.

Overall, I simply cannot believe how well Epidrone worked for me. I'm stronger and leaner than ever. And I'm performing better, at a faster pace. I highly... HIGHLY recommend anyone considering this or Epi-Andro in general, to give Epidrone a shot. I believe the unique combo of both Epi's in Epidrone was a big cause of my improved performance in such a short time! That said, after a month I feel like I'm just hitting full speed. So definitely grab 2 bottles to get the most out of it. These results have me eyeing other BPS products to see what else I can work in. Definitely a legit company with solid products!

Good stuff. Definitely considering adding Sustain Alpha to my PCT mix. Especially with the 25% off coupon out there right now!

Great job man! You can clearly see the difference.

Thank you sir. I think the pics aren't quite as good as they could be. I saw the definition more in some angles from week 3 and I know there's more now. Either way, I'm happy!

Here's my final measurements. Everything is measured un-flexed.

Code:
	Start	9/28
Neck	16	16
Arm	13.75	13.875
Forearm	9.5	9.5
Chest	43	44.25
Waist 42	42
Hips	43	41.5
Thigh	23.75	23.25
Calf	15.25	15.5
Weight	215.4	210.8

I think I messed up when measuring my forearm at the beginning. Measurement isn't showing the increase I think I see...

great work bro

habajaba you have smashed this log bro! I couldn't be happier for you. The progress pictures show just that, great progress! Youve put the work in and it shows. Thank you for logging Epidrone for us, and I look forward to following the rest of your progress

Quick update. Feeling about the same this week. Epidrone continues to kick at full strength. Steady incremental gains, HR recovery is still crazy fast!

I haven't felt any boost from the Sup3r-4 yet. Hopefully soon so I can get all the gainz these final 3 weeks!

That said, 209.0 this morning! Down from last week 215.4. Some significant leaning out on my major deficits this week.

Truly a sad sad day ..sick cycle run though

yes this is a bad day

Well I'm ordering some epidrone now.

Did you use my code? If not be sure to put in "titan15" for 15% off. And thank you, I promise you wont regret it.
I'm ordering in the next few days. Still trying to figure out my next cycle

I'm stalking threads right now trying to figure out what I want.

My future cycle ? glad you asked

8 weeks on epidrone stacked with extra -(-)epi (cel- epiplex
8 weeks of OL 11KT

keeping it light and simple :)

i loved epi plex at 600-900mg .. im sure no need to go too high with the high absortption .. so might try to add just 1 cap first and then adust it from there if need it.

Should be nice cutting stack.

That's a legit cycle, sir. I guarantee you'll love the Epidrone.

Based on my bloods, it seems I could have dosed higher on the 4-andro. I think I'd dose both the Epidrone and Sup3r-4 at least 4/day instead if the recommended 3.

Not sure what I'll do next. Depending on my final bloods, might go to doc about TRT before anything else. Regardless, I'll be back for more Epidrone in the future!

You gonna be sipping on all those amino acids you recently purchased during this cut as well?

Took my final dose this morning with my RagNOrok and Cordygen. Decided to add caffeine and thermogum today just for some added fun.

Great final workout today, gentlemen. Have to say, the Epidrone and Sup3r-4 kept kicking up to the end. Felt really strong today. I added some weight/reps here and there and just plain got it done!

I had hoped to break under 200# by end of cycle, but still not there. Despite visually leaning out, I've been pretty steady weight-wise this past 4 weeks. I suspect the Sup3r-4 is just causing me to gain just enough lean mass to offset the fat losses.

Will be back to post final pics and measurements later.
