Haha!! I wish it was everyday we got to played. But it was starting to cut into my lift time. So were going to start playing every third morning for an hour, and then on shift lift 1.5 hours in the morning, and 1 hour or so of the Insanity workout in the evening. Should start dropping the pounds quick.You got this in the bag, my man. If you're burning in excess of 1,200-1,500 cals every racquetball session you're already putting my cal expenditure to shame on the daily lol.

Keep pushing. I want to see you hit the wall and know your limits. It is a level of effort few people ever experience. And the next time, that wall will be a little further down the road after you regroup and come back.

And racquetball is a great idea. When I was down there one year I started playing tennis. And then I came home from college and I would tennis with a friend, and another friend would hear and want to play. Next thing I knew I had 3-4 friends and I was playing every night. I dropped a ton of weight real fast without even realizing it over that summer. Tennis, racquetball, etc - when you think about it, the setup is basically HIIT work for hours at a time. Bursts of all out Hussle followed by a breif rest, then all over.
Man...I finally get to start catching back up to everyone's logs and I see you in here kicking total @ss. You had a rough patch in the middle and have gotten over that and then some. Your strength is effing crazy bud!

Back day today. Got off from the fire department and hit the gym for a great time. Gotta get in the bed soon so I can be fresh for my EMS shift, so here it goes. I apologize if Im wrong, but I think it was smith_69 that said his Powermax was doing him great if he took it earlier, so I dropped mine around 0630 and was in the gym at 0815. I like it!! for your seated cable pulls- do you do full extensions or arms only?
yes, I have been testing the times and 1.5 max 2 hours before works for me. it could be because I am not that active (in an office some days) until lunch but that's good that it worked for you.
I definitely enjoyed it taking it earlier, and felt like I had more "pump" from it. Todays cable rows were arms only, everytime I go a bit heavier and do a full extension , I feel like Im cheating myself somehow, I just dont feel like Im really targeting my back like I want to. Should I just do the full extension? And thank you

skip to 12:00 min mark- that's how I do them- I don't like the sit up right motion, imo all you are doing is a seated bi' extension partial curl. Most of the times, the grip is so tight and now your working forearms and bi's as your primary groups vs the back which becomes secondary or third

And it was nasty. First leg day in a couple weeks because of the fluid on my knee. So took my Powermax about an hour before and went on. Was feeling weak and worn down, more than likely due to getting off my EMS night shift. The hardest part of the entire workout? Walking through the grocery store with a gallon of Vanilla Unsweetened Almond Milk. My God it was heavy.
