Hey sorry I haven't posted in a couple days. Works been hectic.
Anyways, I've noticed one thing. The caps dry me out during the night. Its manageable but I have to keep a big cup of water next to the bed. I'm not sure how many caps are left so ill keep updating until I run out.

Cotton mouth is pretty common from what I have read. The active ingredients in DNG effect histamine levels in the brain. This causes sleepiness or wakefulness depending on whether the levels are increasing or decreasing.
Antihistamines such as Benadryl make you sleepy and give you a dry mouth (and stop a runny nose/allergies). Provigil (Modafinil) raises histamine levels and promotes wakefulness without an effect on saliva production as it works in a different part of the brain.
So Dream N Grow shares the same effects as Benedryl because the ingredients cause sedation by effecting histamine levels in the brain which is what makes it a great sleep aid and as a side effect can cause dry mouth.

Final Review:
I did this log because I had a really hard time sleeping. Falling asleep and staying asleep wad difficult.
DNG helped me with both significantly. Even on the days I took off, I was able to fall asleep easily and stay asleep. Only time I would wake up groggy would be when I got less than 6 hours.
I always and still do, feel good when o wake up. Like kick every one in the face to say hi good lol. Which is weird because I am Not a morning person.
Some things I did notice were the really weird dreams and cottonmouth. And I mean weird.
