Alphamax + ARA question

Hey guys.

Started alphamax XT on oct 5.

I decided I want to stack with ARA so I purchased some from x Gels from Nutriverse on the 15. Unfortunately I live in Canada and I used their globegistics snail mail and it hasn't even reached processing yet. So I doubt I'll get it for a long time.

Question is. Would it make sense to start ARA after 4 weeks of alphamax (mid cycle)

Or should I hold off on the 2 ARA bottles and run it a couple weeks after alphamax with another product?

I really enjoy those two products together. I think adding in ArA to the second half of an 8 week Alphamax XT cycle would be killer. Hands down my favorite natural stack available. How long do you plan to run ArA for?

As long as I do not have issues from it, 50 workout days. 4-5 days a week.

I have sinus issues quite regularly, so as long as I can keep that in check while running ARA I'll continue the 50 days

Sick stack .. thats what i was doing

Pop xgels soon as you get em i say lol

Yeah I'd say that's totally fine. Looking forward to your thoughts :)

I'm super anxious to board the gain train. I check tracking ever 5 minutes, things haven't budged since the 15th

u reached out to the store/customer service to check on a status ?

Nutriverse sent me an email stating "shipped" on the 15th so I'm not sure if it's in there hands anymore at this point.

I just checked now and it was just updated!

Hopefully I'll get it next week! As long as customs doesn't think it's crack

It is my favorite stack. However, if you have never ran AlphaMax XT before, I would introduce X-Gels at 4 weeks so you can see how AlphaMax XT works for you.

No problem with that idea at all. Like AntM1564 said, it would be wise to take AlphaMax XT for the first 4 weeks then add in ArA. Very smart to run AlphaMax XT for 8 weeks. Most natural test boosters start to "kick in" around week 3.

These guys have you covered. As mentioned, running it this way is actually going to be better since you'll have a chance to see how Alphamax affects you by itself.

I would recommend taking an emulsifier with your X-Gels to enhance their absorption. Soy Lecithin granules are cheap and arguably the best emulsifier for ArA with the added benefit of providing Phosphatidic Acid (PA)...or, if you want to take it up a notch and keep the "gain train" really chugging, you could use Tr1umph for your Lecithin source.

Ya start ARA when you get it....and follow the run up with 6 months of Folidrone 2.0 lol...
btw, I buy my CDN PA from national nuitrition - its the NOW brand LECITHIN GRANULES (and you get a free Wild Rice with each bag). It's good PA compared to Fern. Great to run year around.

If I use lecithin granules will that replace LCLT or baby aspirin?

Should I take 3TBSP granules with 6 caps ARA an hour before workout?

Thanks dude. Just picked some up right after you mentioned. Seems that the NOW brand is discontinued on national. It's been replaced with another brand which is what i got. $20 shipped

I agree with this. If i've never used a product before I always like to use it for alittle solo to see how it effects me.

Yes t both.

I would still supplement with LCLT though. You can find 300 gram tubs for around $20 and it will last for 150 days when dosed at 2 grams a day. I do think it has helped my recovery some.

The problem with getting NOW foods soy lecithin is that it doesn't list an amount of PA and that isn't always standardized across products. People have been recommending fearns since you know what you're getting. I also generally avoid NOW foods because consumer reports show a lot of their products are underdosed/ test poorly.

LCLT for sure is a great ingredient. It has great studies beside it, and is even effective at 1 g a day (mind you I'd go with 2 g a day). It's really underrated considering how cheap it is as a recovery supp.

Fern is not available in Canada so it costs about 23$ a bag whereas the NOW is 14$.
The Canadian version of NOW PA lists the following:
97% Phosphatides / Non-GE Soy Lecithin 10g: Contains 2.3g (2300mg) of Phosphatidylcholine and 1.4g of Phosphatidylinositol per serving.

Is that a pretty good profile? Thanks for your help...

I can't say with certainty, but I'm sure it'll be fine if it has that much phosphatidylcholine per serving. Be sure to use enough servings.

Fearn isn't standardized for PA, it just lists a number. Fearn is also standardized for 97% phosphatides, which is good.
