elevated heart rate after epistane cycle

Hey guys. About 2 in a half months ago, I did an epistane cycle of 20/30mgs for 37 days. I checked my blood pressure on cycle and after, and it was never even close to being high. One week after my last dose of epistane, I was jogging and had a heart palpitation, this was the first time I experienced that in my entire life, as I am a healthy 23 year old. But ever since that epistane cycle, I experience higher than normal heart rate when I am jogging, sometimes up to 180 bpm. I also noticed that I get heart palpitations from drinking coffee now too, something that never happened before epistane. I have seen cardiologist and my ekg and echocardiogram did not show any abnormalities. I am also on effexor, which is an antidepressant. Do any of you guys have any experience with this or a guess as to what is going on? Thanks in advance!
 
These are common symptoms of anxiety man. I used to have it all the time especially when taking coffee or stimulants. Meditation cured the problem for me.


Edit: Just noticed you are on an antidepressant. Definitely look into tapering off of it in the near future bro they carry some harsh side effects.
 
Suffer from the same thing. It can be related to anxiety. I had the same problem and tests could never pin point to anything
 
Ive also had a pretty similar experience, been to a bunch of doctors at one point and all they eventually found was a somewhat low ejection fraction (percentage of blood your heart pumps out after it fills) which they acted like wasn't much of a concern
 
I have benign PVCs, had holter monitor and echo tests. Ive found cutting out any stims (caffeine, yohimbe, etc) and plenty eating healthy fats helps tremendously. Also fishoil (though for some this can make them worse).

Maybe you gained a lot of weight in this cycle?
 
What did you take in PCT?
Since it started after the cycle the reason could easily be there as well.

While searching for an answer to what caused the problems get yourself some Thromcardin Complex or similar stuff to treat the symptoms.
