Guys I'm on testosterone Replacement therapy DR Prescribed.
Any input on ways to increase its efficiency? Supplements to take to help me get the most out of it?

Nothing over the counter will have nearly as dramatic an effect as TRT. What form of TRT are you prescribed?

Also interested bc if it's topical there Is a few ways to help make it more efficient, and I will always advocate use of DIM while on trt. Helps the "pie chart" and just good stuff, esp for cancer prevention.

Idk if dr prescribed, then if it's the right doctor let them do there thing. Don't f with it. Just make sure your on top of any sides and what not, don't wait if you have question with him.
Just curious how old you are?

Yes there are a few pathways to increase the effectivness of your trt. Are you using an Anti-Estrogen currently?

no not on a blocker.

Okay, an anti estrogen like letrone or exotherm from Black Lion Research will maximize the amount of testosterone able to bind to the androgen receptor because the aromatase enzyme will be lowered from the anti-estrogen.

Also a product to boost Free Testosterone such as LJ-100 from Olympus Labs which will block shbg another enzyme that will bind to our testosterone an enable it inactive.

These recommended products will help maximize and stabilize your Hormonal Profile.

If you're on prescription injectable test, I would ask my doctor how they intend to mitigate aromatization to estrogen.

That's the problem with 90% of the docs. They should never prescribe test without it. So imo that docs is not very knowledgeable.

^^^ Is the only thing I would do. Don't take anything OTC for this. They can write you a script for arimidex and possibly hcg depending on how familiar they are with TRT (I'm assuming this is an endocrinologist); most "anti-aging" clinics do this with no issue.

Your assuming that the doctor hasn't addressed this.

I asked the OP already if he was taking an aromatase inhibitor already and he stated no, if you would have read the whole thread....

Just because you are on TRT doesn't automatically equate to the necessity of an AI. I know many people that are on and don't need it, including myself. Some people are more prone to aromitization.

I would look at DHEA and Pregnenolone as an adjunct as well as possibly tongkat ali and vit D.

Whatever my mistake, he said he wasn't on a blocker. If he is on a doc prescribed protocol he shouldnt be messing with it. You or I have no idea why he isn't on one or what the docs reasoning is. This isn't 20 years ago doctors are different these days, most are pretty informed and if it's something they don't want to work with then they usually send you to somebody they have for referrals.

Maybe in your area but not mine, ill use myself as an example my pcp wanted to give me 200mg per month one shot, She was clueless sent me to a endo she didnt want to help me because in her opinion the supplements meaning my protein ect was causing my low t levels. So i went to another endo he gave me multiple tests over a 3 month period a bunch of bullsh*t just to take my money and one of my bloods came bace at 283 which is in reference 250-1156ng/dl which is ridiculous and he said im fine because i was 23 and had a pretty decent build. I never took any drug, smoked or drank in those 23years so he was an asshat. I finally got a doc good enough to work with me and i find out i have a tumor on my pituitary and he has helped me since. This is in an 80mile radius of my location near a few large cities in two adjacent states. Its weekly we have customers that are not getting the proper help from docs, but maybe my area is just behind times then...
