Hey all, this is my first log ever so let me know if there is anything that I am missing that I should post.

The plan:
At the moment I am 6-7weeks into my 12 cycle of lgd, mk677, and epiandro. I decided to lose my pinning virginity and inject peptides. I will be pinned 750mcg of cjc with dac every 5 days and 250mcg of hgh frag every day I DO FASTED CARDIO. The goal is to do 3-4 days of fasted cardio. My diet is pretty clean, I have the occasional alcohol but I will try to fit them in my macros. My diet currently is 2400 calories 30% fat 30% carb 40% protein. Intermittent fasting works really well with these peptides so I will incorporate that in. I have enough peptides to run for about 25 days. If I like what I see? I'm going to order more to run of a nice 6-8 weeks. But first time pinning and everything wanted to do a trail run.

Stats:
Currently I am 6' 3" 204-207lbs (depends on water) and about 12 percent body fat. I took a hand held omron BF test said I was 8%, calipers said I was around 13%, when comparing with pictures I fall in the 10-15%. So we are going to go with 12%. I lift 5 times a week and sometimes go in for a 6th day for a full body speed workout.

Day to day:
T,TH: Wake up 530 take BCAAs, pin hgh frag 815 do 20-30m of fasted cardio. Weights 330pm.
M,W,F: wake up 615, pin 620, fasted cardio 20-30m. Weights 530pm. This is what my normal day would look like, fasted however not every day.
Every 5th day pin cjc dac 750mcg

Last night for the first time I pinned 250mcg of hgh frag before bed (to get things going) and 750mcg of cjc dac. Today (October 18th) I will begin my fasted cardio and pin 250mcg of hgh frag again.

Supplements:
Aside from what was stated above, I will be taking whey protein from MTS, athletic nutrient (perfect multi), pregneolone, ADR support, BCAA all from pure encapsulations. MSM and arginine both are from a off company.

Okay, that's pretty much it. If I missed anything let me know! I'll try to post here every day.
 
Wooooo for losing your pinning virginity! What's your PCT looking like? Other than that I'm subbed, can't wait to see the gains.
 
Good stuff, I would look into upping your CJC a bit if I were you. Most people like it atleast 2mg a week, it's supposed to be great at 4-6mg a week as well, but gets pricey. May as well by real GH at that point lol

Yea after a week or two I'll prob up it. But first time pinning I'd didn't want to spend a lot of cash if I pussied out or something. By 2 mg a week you mean every Sunday you inject 2mg? Or every 3 days go 1 mg?

personally I would go with 1mg on like Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Yeah, it is. But that's where I tend to see most people like it the most. I've never actually ran any peptides yet, I've been reading on them a while. At some point I would just buy some generic GH. Lol

I just ordered a months worth of cjc no dac and ghrp 2. I'll be doing 100mcg/150mcg 2-3 times a day.
 
This is just my opinion and no disrespect, but at your height and weight you should definitely not be coming off cycle and doing a cut. I don't think at your stats you should cut at all. Just grow. To start I would personally bump up my cals to 3000, push training to hit the same or better numbers as on cycle. I would run mk 677 and cjc DaC together. And if you want to do fasted cardio and run the frag that's fine, but be very careful with your strentgh, if you lose strentgh your going to lose that newly earned muscle from the cycle. Now that you have that muscle you need to train hard and eat right in pct so you can retain it. Just my two cents bro, good luck.

Yea I completely understand. But if you wanna build a good physique definitely focus on putting on some good muscle. fill out your frame more and then when you cut it won't be as difficult to get lean and you will look alot bigger. I'm speaking from experience, I'm about 6ft tall and if I'm anything less than 225 I just look too small. Clothes don't fit right etc. Gear or not, muscle takes time

I had to dose my frag at 500mcg AM and PM before I saw any results and at about $30 per 5mg I ran through that **** quick. Peptides aint easy on the wallet thats for sure
 
I have been researching peps for a while and I can absolutely say that alot of these sites are currently overpriced. The peptide market is kind of funny as some of the best sources have gone silent. I can say that peptides are not cheap, but things like mk667 shouldnt be more than 50$ a bottle. I think eventually things will level out. But who knows...

I ran 250mg frag 4 times a day while I did an IM keto protocol, results were drastic as I was doing close to 3hrs cardio during that fasted time frame, am, midday and pm. I would lose close to a lb within that day, body comp wise it was great, but I lost alot of strentgh. I was cutting down from 270 so it wasn't a problem for me
 
Damn that's crazy. I have a good source tho. It's like 28$ for a 5mg bottle of hgh frag. Legit stuff too. Did you guys eat carbs during the day? Or go full keto? See when i do keto I feel like all I eat is protein. Like it's weird for me to haves tablespoon of EVOO
 
Monday night pinned 750 cjc dac and 250 hgh frag before bed. Woke up Tuesday morning at 530 took BCAA pinned 250 hgh at 815 did about 20-25mins of cardio. Came back and already saw comp changes. I'm not saying it's 100% the peptides. I think there may be a little placebo effect plus I was fasted. But I do know that the frag works pretty fast. I have also seen a few new veins in my chest area. I'll try to update with diet and workout in the future. In college so pretty busy!

Pinned 250mcg frag last night on empty stomach. Woke up this morning, pinning 250mcg frag again did around 25m of fasted jogging. Weighed myself, 202.4lbs. Lifting shoulders of at in a few hours.

Just a psa: I still have 4-5 weeks of lgd mk and 1week of epiandro left while I'm pinning these peptides. So my weight may or may not decrease/increase. So I'll give my daily weight but body comp is how in going to judge these compounds. I know lgd peps and mk can all cause water retention.

I don't get why your doing all the fasted cardio man... you're pretty lean already!! Why not exploit the potential of the compounds you are running and try to add some quality lean body mass? Even eating at maintenance to recomp if your still set on lowering BF (which you really don't need to IMHO)...

Fasted cardio that many times a wk is what many do on a serious cut.. you might want to add in something that is anti-catabolic such as HMB.

I bet if you are in a slight surplus and did cardio for 10-15mins after lifting, you'd get amazing results. That way your still burning fat from glycogen if you do cardio around then.

Either way, if your planning on continuing fasted cardio in PCT I'd be concerned about elevated cortisol levels and burning through muscle tissue.

Got work till 115 AM tonight. Not going to do another pin of frag till tomorrow morning. Not sure if this is a side effect of the peptides but my shoulders seems to pop more (3D look) during today's workout.

How is your strength progress coming btw? Are you moving heavier weight or breaking PR's?

Interesting in the slowed meta. I'll give it a try. With my stats I listed first post you thinking 2800? 3000? Strength is great like really great. Broke my DL pr by like 40lbs. ( lower back problems in past) for beach and squat I haven't maxed yet but I can rep 225 for days on both. Before on squat 5 reps of 225 was hard now I'm doing 16. Bench is at 10 reps no spot.
FYI I was a swimmer for 12 years so going heavy was not a thing. More body weight or light weights. So I'm trying to increSe the basics
 
Figure out your TDEE.. there are online calculators. I'm 5'9, 180, and 35 yrs old and my TDEE is around 2,600.

You prob need over 3,000 kcals brother.
 
Due to some discussion I decided to up my calories to 2800-3000 while still doing fasted cardio atleast 3 times a week. Plus 15mins after most lifting sessions. I've been at a deficit for too long an feel like my metabolism is for sure slowed down. I'm going to do this for a week and see how my weight/body comp changes. I haven't pinned since my last post. Tonight after my security shift I will pin 250mcg of frag before bed. If any of yall are Alabama fans... Roll tide :) game versus Texas tomorrow is going to be incredible.

Hell yeah buddy upping kcals will get your metabolism back on track. Wait longer than a week to start making tweaks to it though cause it'll take a little for your body to adjust. I'd wait 30 days in all honesty, but if you can't do that give it at least a couple weeks.

Honestly though, looking at that picture of you flexing your chest with your shoulder and trap veins popping like a gorilla motherfckr makes me wonder why the hell your being so goofy and stingy with your kcals...

I bet you'll slap on some LBM fast as soon as you get those kcals... it'll be like watering a yellowed plant lol

Idk man since I've stopped swimming I lost my abs gained hella mass but have withdrawals from listing my abs lol. Idk I may be dumb I prob shouldn't go so low. I'm upping it for a while.
 
Did nothing Saturday, even missed my lgd mk epi pills. Game was at 230 so I woke up with my friends and started to drink ASAP. Roll tide hahaa. So it's sunday and back to the grind. Just did about 250mcg of hgh. Gonna wake 30m to eat then take my other pills. Gonna lift today, prob legs.

You... I like you Hahahahahah that is funny as hell. With 2900 kcals I'm doing 40%p 30% C&F. For my carbs all I really eat is like white pasta and rice. Some from veggies and like my Protein powders. Any other recs?

Yeah bud I'd shy away from starchy carbs like pasta.. this sucks cause I'm the son of a Sicilian immigrant and love my pasta (that's the Italian emoji btw)... and my poontang for that matter

Get carbs like sweet potatoes, brown rice, quinoa, lentils/beans and the rest from fruit and veggies if your trying to shred a little. Also buddy, buy some HMB for fcks sake if your training fasted. Go on amazon and buy "Bulk Supplements" powdered HMB. I just got 3 months work for like $20... you can buy a years worth for like $50.

HMB, if you don't know, slows down muscle protein breakdown so it's essential IMO for fasted training. It a staple sup of mine..

Get Yohimbine for fasted cardio... yohimbine targets abdominal fat so it's perfect for you. Yohimbine also needs to be taken without the presence of insulin on your system to start breaking down fat stores. Stacked with caffeine, the results are ridiculous.

I'd take HMB, Yohimbine, and caffeine... hit your cardio fasted, then keep your daily kcals in a surplus. Your macros sound fine bro but your pretty cut already and might want to play around with your carbs and fats... maybe go 40/40/20 and see what happens. You might need more carbs to refill glycogen stores from the cardio, and are on a test base so don't really need fat for hormonal balance..
 
I'll buy some HMB 1g per day? I thought fruits were bad cuz of the sugars? My test base (epi andro) end tomorrow actually. I'll still have 4 more weeks of lgd tho. Why stay away from carbs like pasta? Spikes blood sugar I'm assuming?

Today I'm going to pin the rest of my vial of cjc dac which looks to be about 500mcg left. Also going to pin 250mcg of frag before bed then again thuraday morning and doing some more cardio. Body is going good. Looking more cut all the time. Abs are more define as are my obliques all the while I'm bumping up my calories. Weighed in this morning at 203lbs flat.
