Guys, my shoulder didn't allow over 41. So I'm gonna ice it and redo tomorrow morning. What's everyone's numbers so far?

Well mine dont count cause im just in for the fun, but I was at 45. But remember.... youre one of THOSE guys that call me old. So take it for what its worth. Lol. My plan is to try for 60+ in the next day or so. Im going to test my broken finger tomorrow in the gym cause Im bored and I need to pick heavy things up and put them down.

This is 52. I've got a selection test next month so I'd definitely be puttin those MST supps to use. Currently using cordygen vo2 ultra for runs, swims, and functional lifts. Huge fan!Invalid Link Removed

haha kept getting notifs and didnt even check until recently. Im a sucker for endurance products like this. Logged Xtend Perform early on and loved it as well.

Dude, I'm betting you will love it. I don't do CrossFit, but I have done P90X and Insanity. RagNOrok + Cordygen-NaNO2 powder really gave me a noticeable endurance boost. Can't wait to get my hands on the Cordygen-NaNO2 Elite this week and put it to the test!

Struggling to get above 42.. I destroyed chest last night. Will heal and go all out and do my best before sunday.
 
I should be able to do that. Im 40lbs bigger than i was i highschool but senior year i could do well over a hundred, i was so damn scrawny and strong lol.

I'm even thinking about getting in on this just for fun. Because it seems we have a bunch of wussies on this board who are too afraid to post video of them doing pushups. Must be all roided out and not flexible enough to get on the floor to do them!

I've been doing the daily pushup challenge for a few months now. Worked up to 64 pushups on my first straight set nips to grass. Quit for the last 2 weeks - stress, work, kids, getting sick. Tried again the other day and did half of that lol. Consistency makes a world of difference. You guys have until Monday. Start practicing today and work yourself into an elite status.

Clearly my training has not prepared me for spontaneous push-up contests. I regularly do 100 on lift days, but never more than 26 at a time. 36 was all I had in the tank. Honestly a little surprised how low it was.

To be fair, I usually use push-up stands and it felt weird letting my nose hit the floor. Plus I was a little tighter than I should have been before trying this. But either way I wasn't going to beat the numbers already up there.

Habjaba ding dong! Good job, man! 36 is nothing to sneeze at. Go ask all your lifting buddies to max out and see what happens. Not many people practice maxing out their pushups. That was the point of this contest - to venture into dark waters and splash around. All good fun! ;)

49.5. lol. I know I can get more than 50. Been along time since I've tried that.
 
If you can do a dozen quality pushups you have my respect. The "pushups" i see in the gym are horrible and 99 percent of people dont do them. Ive had partners scoff when i do them to warm up and between sets, like they are too good for pushups. Pushups are excellent for chest development.
Sunday when im fully recovered ill see if i cant do 60 or 70, hell i may just suck now and only be able to do 30. Tune in sunday to find out lol.

Good stuff. My workouts consist of more bodyweight moves than the average gym rat would be comfortable with. The downfall of doing DVD based workouts... I'm no giant, but I concur that pushups are quite effective for chest development. Heck, ask any prisoner... :D
